Rickenbacker 360 Has Design Issues
Added 2023-04-28 02:25:29 +0000 UTCThis is a project I have need to do since the 2.0 - coming up with fixes for the numerous issues with my used Rick 360 12 string guitar. Unquestioned legendary tone - and equally legendary pain in the ass to set up, keep in tune, and play. People will undoubtedly complain that I stringed the guitar aaaall wrooong but sorry dudes, I don't live by your rules. I like to hit the heavy strings first on the downstroke, so I do it my way. Enjoy!

Some companies have the motto of "Our way or the highway". Rickenbacker's motto has always seemed to be "Our way and fuck you". Everything's great about those guitars except playing and working on them.

2023-04-30 18:12:13 +0000 UTCAs a non-guitarist, indeed a non-musician. That headstock is a complete bodge of a design! Indeed as someone with a brain injury, I wonder what kind of brain injury you have to have to think that is an acceptable design solution!
