Cool calculators? Check. Rulers? Check. Kids outside having fun with measuring things? Check! As usual I transferred this film with my own Telecine and corrected color to taste. Enjoy!

Coincidentally I just got a rent increase notice slipped under my door yesterday. It's 2.5% higher, starting June 1st... so at my present monthly rent of $952.03 x 0.025 = $23.80075 increase... therefore, my new rent is $952.03 + $23.80 = $975.83... Oh joy, happy me (at least it's still under a thousand), and thanks for the refresher course, Fran!
