Raised By Phone vs. Free Range Children
Added 2022-11-20 18:35:44 +0000 UTCTime to condense a discussion that I have been reading about for many months. What to do about it is pretty simple, but will things change for the better in the years ahead? Very likely not. I do expect more of the same, but perhaps sometime after the children of today become the adults of tomorrow, some future generations will reexamine what had happened to humanity all those years ago when we collectively decided to let children be raised by software instead of nature. I would like some Captain Crunch though. Pretty bad, actually. Enjoy!

Captain Scarlet! Loved that marionette show! Mom would kick us out of the house in the morning. We would do a flyby for lunch and dinner, then back outside. Had to come in when the streetlights came on.

2022-11-22 06:20:53 +0000 UTCMy wife was so, so over-protective of my 2 sons, when they were little. And all that, despite her growing up on a farm in Poland. I would argue with her to let the kids go outside to run and play, to no avail. The news about the "dangerous streets" is a huge misconception, and should not be allowed!
