Apollo 11 Crew Interviews (1969)

This 16mm reel from NASA is a set of Q&A from the press pool shot  before the launch of Apollo 11 when the crew were in isolation.  The  press and camera operators are in another room and you can see their  reflections off the glass window that separates them from the crew.  A  candid look at the guys just before launch day.  Enjoy!

That's amazing! Not only did NASA fake the moon landing, but they built these incredible robots as well! The computers running them answered every question deadpan and without emotion. Clearly a software program running on COBAL with multiple preliminary IBM System 370 mainframes networked together. Amazing technology for the time. Clearly the prototype robots for the ones that walk among us today.

I'm sure I remember seeing this at the time but can't remember any detail; I was only 5 at the time!
