You're incredibly knowledgeable, yet very approachable as you don't have any kind of condescending ego to deal with. I can see you sharing ideas with your students and great knowledge flowing in both directions. And you love what you do! It wouldn't be a "job" since you enjoy sharing your knowledge so passionately. I really hope they make the common sense choice of adding you to their organization.
