It's been a long time since I've done an installment of Cassette Time -  but here's another short impromptu song made right into my portable cassette recorder.  Enjoy!

Love it! Thanks for sharing. ๐Ÿ‘

It's in Bm... I used a capo.

My favorite part is the clatter at the end to turn off the cassette. I grew up hearing that sound from tapes my family would send from overseas, and when I would record my own songs, as Fran just showed us. Something comforting in that "claketty-clak-clak" at the end. Reminds you there's someone a few feet from the tape player who's just put her/his heart and soul into a live performance and there's been no computer adjustment in the meantime. "Real time" meant something even back in the cassette days...!

That was wonderful to hear Fran !๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

I think I'm hearing Em - Am - G - D? Whatever it is, that chord progression is pure magic.

Circuitmike

Sure, why not?

Fran Blanche

Pretty awesome! ๐Ÿ˜€

That was fun, loved the credits being longer than the song :) and I was even watching to the very end, as sometimes you throw something in at the very last.

Love that Philly Fran Sound. Thanks for sharing.

My god how I love the life and realness of a moment recorded and captured, rather than crafted. I felt this, thanks Fran

Dan Elleson

Love it. I think many of us are living that lyric today.
