Watch out that you don't harm the wood floor with office chair wheels. I found a set of replacement wheels for my chair that are large and silicone based, they don't harm the wood or have not yet...

Hope you can put some work benches by the window to take advantage of it.. Looking good so keep it together. Yeah best laid plans and all that but we have faith you know what you need to do and can do it. So take your time and show us how your vision manifests.
