Making A Clock Case With The Origin CNC Router
Added 2018-05-18 03:12:43 +0000 UTCI have been getting more adventurous with the Shaper Origin handheld CNC router. This video shows some of my progress in a project that I've been working on for months, it's a clock of course, and I decided to make the wooden case with the Origin. Enjoy!

Gosh, that turned out beautiful - and I agree with Andy, your signature would look gorgeous on a guitar! :D Are you thinking of staining the wood, or adding inlay to the engraved portions? There are so many neat ways to decorate that further. Even makes me wonder - could you feed the same vectors into the 3D printer and make colored plastic inserts to fill the milled signature and logo, etc... I really need to get my 3D printer working!
