Illustrated Dev Diary, June 28th, 2024

Okay, so I went a bit nuts on the Roxy lewd scene. I ended up with 20 animated sequences, which have been rendering all week and finished up about an hour ago. So, no story renders were done this week, but a hefty 2,647 frames of animations were done, which is the maximum I can output in a single week.

I did finally add 'bones' to the ass cheeks on the girls. This adds for some more 'jiggly' action, as none of these models have naturally moving asses without using morphs.

All in all, it's a great scene. And here's a little preview (ruined by YouTube compression, but still).

I also made some changes to Episode 2 in preparation for the Steam version. Games with school uniforms have been banned from Steam before. So, I decided to re-render those few images in the Paige flashback to avoid getting rejected.

If a game is rejected by Valve, it is banned forever and can never be re-submitted to Steam. U4iA is too big of an investment in both time and money to take that chance.

While looking at the first two episodes, I made some changes to the sound. Now, the music will adjust to the scenery; for example, at the club, the music will sound muffled when you go to the bathroom.

Someone mentioned that there's not much phone content yet, which is true. After season 1 (episodes 1-4) is completed and released here on Patreon, I will add content to the phone before it hits Steam which should be about a month after the Patreon release. This will also include new lewd scenes connected to Sergei's app, messaging, camera opportunities, and the new Lovelyfans app you will get access to in this episode.

I know many of you who support me here on Patreon also plan to pick up the game on Steam. This way, you will get quite a bit of new content if you do.

In total, we're at 13,156 animated frames and 2,146 story renders.
