Back to full-time rendering this week, and after last week's extremely annoying scene, this is been much more enjoyable.
I noticed one of the animations rendered really quickly, so I decided to render it in 4k, as it's been on my to-do list to try that.
Of course, the leap in quality is noticeable, but I doubt I'll start doing it for all animations, as the only advantage is that more detail will be preserved when downscaling it to HD (which I do on all the still-renders).
Still, I'd prefer doing 4k rather than 60FPS. After all, if Pixar can render in 30FPS, I'm sure 30FPS is okay in a lewd game, too. But for now, it's just a thought for the future.
I also sorted out a lot of new music for this episode, so that part should be about 90% done.
I've completed 1,286 story renders and 5,622 animated frames. Slightly less than I would have wanted it to be, but having a birthday tends to interfere with work. :)
I'm just about to start working on this episode's main event. I saved it for last because I wanted a huge event where I could incorporate anything I might come up with along the way, which should result in a fairly crazy party.
For the preview, we should be about ready to talk to the girl in the street now. Are you ready for that path?

Have a nice weekend, and stay safe out there.
