[0.2] Progress Update - Story Map and Script

Hi everyone!

I'm posting another update publicly because I know I'm still a new dev on the block, and as a dev, building credibility and trust from you all of you lovely readers takes time. I hope this insight into my work process will help with that!

Immediately after releasing 0.1, I started building out the story map for the following updates. DreamLink is a complex story with a lot of moving parts. You can see this in the image of my story map (which I've kept suitably low res to avoid spoilers 😹). Keeping track of multiple plot threads while progressing the relationships with each girl organically takes meticulous planning. I use the map to ensure I'm constantly hitting the right plot beats as I write.

Scriptwriting the first draft has been going well. I'm at ~1500 lines of dialogue so far, with what I would estimate to be about 30% of the script remaining. For reference, 0.1 had ~1933 lines of dialogue - so if you thought 0.1 was already big, 0.2 is going to be huge! Full disclaimer: it's not likely that I can sustain this breakneck pace for all future updates, but the drive to get 0.2 out is at an all-time high right now 😂

I'm super excited to share 0.2's story with you when it drops - big things are coming!
