[Reborn as Son Goten] Chapter 256 - 260 {END}

Krillin and the others, witnessing the escalating chaos, rushed into action without hesitation. Within moments, the remaining soldiers, despite their numbers, were swiftly overwhelmed by the Z Fighters' relentless assault.
“What a useless bunch of idiots!” Lila sneered, her tone dripping with disdain as she observed the fallen soldiers.
Xicor turned to his mother, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. “Mother, can I go now?” he asked, his voice brimming with fighting spirit.
Lila studied her son momentarily before giving a slight nod. “Alright, but be careful!” she warned, her tone softening just a bit.
“Understood,” Xicor replied firmly, nodding with determination.
Lila’s gaze then shifted to Rig, standing resolutely beside Xicor. She didn’t know much about him except that his power was undeniable. Noticing her scrutiny, Rig stepped forward, ready to accompany Xicor.
The pair advanced toward Goku and Vegeta, their every step charged with intent. Xicor’s eyes locked onto Goku’s, his expression a mixture of curiosity and complexity. To a certain extent, Goku was his biological father, but loyalty to his mother and the burden of his purpose left Xicor no choice but to stand as Goku’s adversary.
“Well then, Xicor, shall we begin?” Goku asked, his voice calm but tinged with excitement.
Xicor nodded silently.
With a sudden burst of energy, Goku launched himself forward, fists blazing as he attacked. Xicor, agile and composed, sidestepped effortlessly, dodging the flurry of blows.
Nearby, Vegeta’s sharp instincts kicked in. With a loud roar, he transformed into Super Saiyan Blue and charged toward Rig. “You’re mine!” Vegeta bellowed.
Caught off guard, Rig quickly raised his arms to block Vegeta’s fierce attack, but the sheer force drove him backward. The sound of blows reverberated as Vegeta’s relentless strikes landed with precision.
“Take this!” Vegeta shouted, driving a powerful punch into Rig’s abdomen. Rig cried out as his body was hurled into a nearby mountain, the impact causing an enormous cloud of dust to rise.
Simultaneously, Goku found himself hurled into a different mountain by Xicor’s counterattack. Despite the setback, Goku climbed out of the debris with unwavering resolve.
From the other side, Rig emerged from the rubble, his expression darkened. He clenched his fists, and his energy began to surge dramatically. “Aaahhh!!” he roared as a fiery aura enveloped him. His hair extended, his body transformed, and his power skyrocketed as he ascended to Super Saiyan 4.
“That’s… Super Saiyan 4!” Gohan exclaimed, his eyes wide with astonishment.
Piccolo, standing nearby, nodded solemnly. “Things are about to escalate.”
Not to be outdone, Goku clenched his fists, his aura flaring as his power began to rise. With a deafening roar, he transformed into Super Saiyan Blue, his radiant blue aura illuminating the battlefield.
“What… what is that form?” Xicor asked, his curiosity piqued as he observed Goku’s transformation.
“This is called Super Saiyan Blue,” Goku explained confidently.
“Super Saiyan Blue…” Xicor murmured, his gaze lingering on Goku.
Before the conversation could continue, Rig, now transformed, launched himself at Vegeta with newfound ferocity. The clash of their energies created shockwaves that rippled across the battlefield. The two warriors engaged in an intense exchange of punches and kicks, their movements blurs of red and blue light.
Goku turned back to Xicor. “Aren’t you going to transform into a Super Saiyan?” he asked.
“Not yet,” Xicor replied coolly, his tone measured.
“Then let’s see what you’ve got!” Goku declared, his body surging forward in a streak of blue light. He closed the distance in an instant, throwing a powerful punch aimed directly at Xicor.
Xicor raised his hand, catching Goku’s fist with ease. The impact pushed him back a few steps, but he remained unfazed. Reacting swiftly, Goku followed up with a left-handed punch, but Xicor sidestepped, evading the attack with precision.
Unrelenting, Goku unleashed a flurry of punches, his fists moving so fast they appeared as streaks of light. Xicor continued to dodge, retreating strategically as he analyzed Goku’s fighting style. Suddenly, Goku raised his right leg and delivered a devastating kick, sending Xicor hurtling into another mountain. The force of the impact raised a massive plume of dust and debris.
“Let’s finish this!” Goku shouted as he unleashed a barrage of energy blasts from his hands. The beams raced toward Xicor, colliding with the mountain and detonating with explosive force. The battlefield shook violently as the series of explosions obliterated the mountainside.
“Xicor!” Lila’s worried cry cut through the chaos.
When the smoke cleared, Xicor stood in the center of a massive crater, his appearance battered but his spirit unbroken. He gritted his teeth, his fists trembling with suppressed power. “You’ve forced my hand…” he muttered.
“AAAHHH!!” Xicor roared, his energy skyrocketing. The ground trembled as his Ki engulfed the battlefield. His hair extended to his waist, his pupils turned crimson, and a golden aura crackling with lightning surrounded him.
“That… that’s Super Saiyan Five!” Gohan gasped, his voice filled with disbelief.
BANG!! The air erupted as Xicor released a massive surge of energy, creating a storm that swept across the landscape. Dust and debris swirled chaotically as the sheer magnitude of his power became apparent.
“Super Saiyan Five…” Goku murmured, his expression turning serious. He tightened his fists, preparing himself for the next phase of the battle.
Xicor smirked, his crimson eyes gleaming. “Father… or should I say, Goku, let’s start the second round.”
Without warning, Xicor’s figure disappeared, reappearing in a flash of silver light directly behind Goku. Before Goku could react, Xicor clasped his hands together and brought them down like a hammer onto Goku’s back.
BANG!! The ground shook as Goku was slammed into the earth with tremendous force. Xicor followed up, planting his foot on Goku’s back to pin him down.
“Goku!” Gohan shouted, stepping forward, but Piccolo grabbed his arm. “Stay back, Gohan. Your father hasn’t revealed his full strength yet.”
On the ground, Goku grunted in pain but refused to yield. He kicked upward with his right leg, aiming for Xicor, but Xicor caught his foot effortlessly. With a swift motion, Xicor lifted Goku off the ground and spun him like a rag doll before hurling him into another mountain.
Dust rose again as Goku’s body collided with the mountain. Xicor didn’t let up, firing a barrage of energy blasts at his opponent. Explosions tore through the landscape as the relentless assault continued.
Chapter 257: Goten vs. the Great Goddess
Xicor halted his relentless energy wave attack abruptly, his focus shifting as the battlefield calmed momentarily. As the smoke from the explosion dissipated, the devastation became clear—a colossal crater scarred the ground, radiating the aftermath of their battle.
In the center of the pit stood Goku, his breath labored, his figure battered, and his expression resolute despite the toll the fight had taken.
“Goku, is this really all you’ve got?” Xicor taunted, his voice dripping with disdain.
Goku clenched his fists tightly, his teeth grinding audibly as determination surged through him. With a thunderous roar, he unleashed a powerful surge of blue Ki that radiated outward, shaking the battlefield. The color of his aura deepened, shifting from bright blue to a darker, more intense hue—Super Saiyan Blue.
But Goku wasn’t done. He pushed his energy further, his Ki rising to unprecedented heights. With another ferocious roar, his hair grew long, cascading down to his waist. His eyebrows vanished, leaving his brow bones pronounced, and his blue aura solidified into a fixed, radiant glow.
“This... this is Super Saiyan Blue 3,” Goku announced, his voice steady but filled with power.
Xicor’s eyes widened in shock. “Super Saiyan Blue 3?” he echoed, disbelief etched into his features.
Goku nodded silently before his body turned into a streak of blue light, propelling him toward Xicor. Not one to back down, Xicor clenched his fists and charged forward, the air crackling with the collision of their energies. The ground trembled beneath their battle, huge clouds of dust rising as their blows landed with earth-shattering force.
Meanwhile, Vegeta, locked in combat with Rigor, had decided to shift tactics. After testing his opponent for a while, he activated Ultra Instinct, his movements becoming fluid and unpredictable. Unlike Goku, Vegeta preferred swift victories over prolonged battles.
“Enough games!” Vegeta declared, his voice cold and decisive. With a single, devastating strike, he sent Rigor hurtling into a nearby mountain. The impact echoed across the battlefield, followed by a plume of dust and debris.
Wasting no time, Vegeta raised his hands, summoning an immense sphere of energy—the Hakai. The destructive energy pulsated in his palms before he hurled it toward the mountain where Rigor had crashed.
BANG! The Hakai collided with the mountain, erasing it at an astonishing speed. But Rigor, unwilling to be outdone, released a golden energy wave from his palms, intercepting the attack.
“HA!” Vegeta shouted, pouring more power into the Hakai to push it forward.
Rigor roared in defiance, his energy spiking as his body underwent another transformation. With an explosive surge, he ascended to Super Saiyan Five, his power skyrocketing as his golden aura flared brightly.
“What... what is this?” Vegeta muttered, visibly shaken by the sudden display of power.
The battle escalated as Rigor infused his golden energy wave with even more power, pushing Vegeta’s Hakai back. Both fighters gritted their teeth, pouring every ounce of strength into their respective attacks.
“This Ki… it’s incredible!” Gohan exclaimed, watching from a distance.
“Can he get even stronger?” Piccolo wondered aloud, his eyes narrowing in concern.
At that moment, Rigor’s energy reached its peak, his golden hair and pupils glowing brilliantly. With a thunderous roar, he overwhelmed Vegeta’s Hakai, sending it hurtling back toward him.
“Dad!” Trunks shouted, panic evident in his voice.
Before the situation could spiral further, Goten’s figure appeared in a flash of silver light. Calmly, he raised his hand, and with a subtle motion, a dimensional rift materialized, absorbing both the Hakai and the golden energy wave.
“What just happened?” Vegeta and Rigor both exclaimed in unison, their shock mirrored by everyone on the battlefield.
“That… that’s the power of time!” Merus said, his tone reverent as he observed the dimensional rift disappear seamlessly.
Rigor turned his attention to Goten, his expression serious. “You must be Goten.”
“And you must be Rigor,” Goten replied, his tone steady. “How do you know me?”
“I don’t, but the Great Mother spoke of you,” Rigor admitted with a sneer. “She warned us of your power.”
“Where are you from, Rigor?” Goten asked, narrowing his eyes.
Rigor smirked. “Defeat me, and I might tell you.”
Without warning, Rigor turned into a streak of golden light, rushing toward Goten with lethal intent. But Goten moved just as quickly, his silver aura leaving an afterimage as he appeared behind Rigor in an instant. Before Rigor could react, Goten delivered a powerful punch to his abdomen, sending him flying backward.
Rigor’s body crashed through several mountains in quick succession, each impact creating a resounding explosion. By the fifth mountain, Rigor coughed up blood, his transformation fading as he reverted to his base form.
Lila, observing from a distance, was visibly shaken. “Son… Goten!” she stammered, fear creeping into her voice. If Goten could defeat Rigor so easily, she knew she stood no chance against him.
Goten returned to Merus’s side, his aura calm once more. It was then that Merus spoke, his voice filled with urgency. “Lord Goten, something terrible has happened. The Great Goddess has harnessed the power of darkness. My father can’t hold her off anymore!”
Goten’s expression hardened. “We need to act now. Uncle Piccolo, I’ll leave this place to you.”
Piccolo nodded solemnly. “Go. We’ll handle things here.”
In an instant, Goten grabbed Merus and teleported to the Grand Zeno’s palace.
Upon arrival, the scene before them was dire. The Great Goddess loomed over the defeated Grand Priest, her aura black and menacing. Her eyes narrowed as she noticed Goten and Merus.
“Well, well, if it isn’t Goten,” the Great Goddess sneered, her voice dripping with malice. “You’ve arrived just in time.”
Goten smiled faintly. “We meet again, Great Mother.”
The Great Goddess’s expression darkened. “Have you come to aid the Grand Priest?”
“I have,” Goten replied simply.
The Great Goddess smirked. “You have potential, Goten. Join me, and I’ll grant you half the universe. I’ll even let you choose one of my angels as your bride.”
“Thanks, but no thanks,” Goten said, his tone unwavering.
The Great Goddess’s eyes flashed with fury. Without warning, she rushed forward at superluminal speed, her fists aiming for Goten. But Goten anticipated her attack, his body vanishing and reappearing behind her in an instant.
Startled, the Great Goddess turned, her fist blazing with dark energy as she struck toward him with all her strength.
Chapter 258: All Demons
"Whoosh…"
With a soft sound, the Great Goddess's right fist swiped through empty air. Goten had vanished from her view and reappeared in front of her. With his right fist charged with immense power, he struck her abdomen with all his might.
The Great Goddess let out a sharp cry as her body was hurled like a beam of light, crashing heavily into the sturdy walls of the Grand Zeno Palace.
"Great Mother Goddess!"
Amarula's voice trembled with shock.
"Goten!"
Even the usually composed Grand Priest was visibly alarmed.
Goten's strength had grown exponentially since their last encounter. The Grand Priest struggled to comprehend how much more terrifying Goten's power would become if given just a few more years to grow.
"What's wrong, Father?" Merus asked, noting his father's astonishment.
"Nothing," the Grand Priest replied, though his tone betrayed his awe. "It's just… Goten is far stronger than when he last fought me."
"Back then? Before the war even began?"
The Grand Priest nodded solemnly. "Yes. His power back then was remarkable, but now… it's beyond comprehension."
While they exchanged words, the Great Goddess pulled herself free from the wall's wreckage, her eyes blazing with fury. She shot toward Goten at superluminal speed, her fists raining down a barrage of blows.
Goten dodged, retreating with precision and grace. Their movements were so swift that the "sky" and ground of the palace were filled with afterimages of their battle.
"This… this is the Ultimate Ultra Instinct!" the Grand Priest exclaimed, his astonished gaze locked on the fierce combat.
"Ultimate Ultra Instinct?" Merus echoed in awe.
The Grand Priest nodded again. "The last time he fought me, he had only mastered the second level of Ultra Instinct. Somehow, he has reached the third level. The Saiyan race is truly a marvel of the universe!"
Merus could only nod, speechless.
Bang!
Goten's right fist connected with the Great Goddess's face, sending her hurtling through the air. She crashed into a massive stone pillar, which split in two under the impact. Her body tumbled to the ground amidst the shattered debris.
At nearly the same moment, Whis delivered a decisive blow to Galion, sending him sprawling to the floor.
The Great Goddess glared at Goten, her voice filled with anger and disbelief. "Why? Why are you just a mortal, yet possess such overwhelming strength?"
"Mortal?" Goten chuckled, his tone carrying both amusement and disdain.
"Why are you laughing?"
"You call yourself a god, yet your desires mirror those of mortals. Tell me, what truly sets you apart from us?" He paused, his Saiyan pride blazing in his words. "And I am no ordinary mortal. I am a Saiyan—a warrior born from the fighting race!"
"Saiyan…" The Great Goddess muttered the word as if it were venom.
"That's right," Goten continued, his voice firm. "Angels may be born with great power, but we Saiyans have limitless potential. There's a fine line between genius and fool. With hard work, even a fool can surpass the greatest prodigies!"
The Great Goddess sneered. "But you are no fool."
"Of course not," Goten declared with a confident smirk. "I am a genius among geniuses!"
Defeated and weary, the Great Goddess sighed deeply. "Goten… I concede this war. My life is now in your hands."
"Great Mother Goddess!" Amarula and the other angels, still locked in battle with Vados and the others, were stunned to hear her surrender.
The Great Goddess's voice softened as she addressed her followers. "Amarula, all of you… I am sorry. The choice is now yours."
"Great Mother Goddess…" Amarula's voice quivered with emotion.
Anger burned in Galion's eyes. "Damn it! If I must fall, I'll take everyone with me!" He began gathering an immense amount of energy, preparing to self-destruct.
"No! He's planning to self-destruct!" Vados cried out in alarm, turning to Whis.
Whis frowned. "I’ll rewind time—"
Before he could act, Goten appeared in front of Galion, his expression calm yet commanding.
"Goten!"
A smirk played on Goten's lips as Galion's body suddenly froze in place.
"I… I can’t move!" Galion's voice was tinged with panic.
Goten extended his left hand, and a crack in dimensional space opened before them. The rift pulled Galion in, his cries fading into silence as he disappeared.
"Galion!" Amarula shouted, rushing forward, only to be intercepted by Vados, who stood firmly in her path.
"Your opponent is me," Vados said coldly.
Amarula gritted her teeth in frustration.
The spatial crack closed, leaving no trace of Galion behind. Goten turned his icy gaze to the Great Goddess and her remaining followers. "Does anyone else wish to self-destruct?"
Silence hung heavy in the air as the angels exchanged uneasy glances.
Suddenly, a silver figure flew into the palace at lightning speed. It was Martinu, the angel of the First Universe.
"Lord Grand Priest!" Martinu cried, her voice urgent. "Something terrible has happened—five evil gods have appeared outside!"
"The Five Evil Gods?" The Grand Priest's face darkened with dread.
These were the rulers of the four demon realms, beings whose power rivaled even Salama. Their unexpected alliance could only mean one thing: a calculated plan to upend the balance of the universe.
"Whis, Vados," the Grand Priest commanded, his voice resolute. "We must leave immediately to protect the Grand Zeno!"
"Yes, Father!" the angels replied in unison.
Without another word, the gods vanished from the palace, leaving the Great Goddess and her angels behind.
"Great Mother Goddess, what should we do?" Amarula asked hesitantly.
The Great Goddess’s eyes narrowed. "The timing of their arrival is no coincidence. We’ll go and observe the situation."
"My Lord," one of the angels interjected nervously, "shouldn’t we take this chance to escape?"
"Escape?" The Great Goddess laughed bitterly. "If the Evil Gods defeat the Zeno, do you truly believe they would let us go?"
The angel's silence was answer enough.
Outside the King's Palace, a fierce battle raged on.
Astrion and Celion were locked in combat with a towering black man clad in a golden God of Destruction uniform. This was Sebastian, one of the Four Evil Gods. His every move radiated immense power, shaking the very fabric of their surroundings.
As the Grand Priest and his companions emerged from the palace, their gazes fell on Beerus and his group, who stood protectively in front of the two Omni-Kings.
Before them stood a man with yellow skin and a visage eerily reminiscent of the Demon God Demigra. This was Delra, the weakest of the Four Evil Gods. Despite his rank among them, his power was nothing to scoff at.
To Delra's left stood a pink-skinned figure with sharp, pointed ears and a face that resembled a larger, more menacing version of Uub. This was Gujotes, the leader of the Four Evil Gods.
On Delra's right stood a black-skinned man donning white armor, his features bearing a resemblance to Janemba. His name was Mal, and he was the second-strongest among the Four Evil Gods.
“Gujotes!” the Grand Priest called out, his tone sharp and commanding as his eyes narrowed at the gathering of enemies.
“Well, well… Long time no see, Grand Priest,” Gujotes said with a mocking smile, his voice dripping with malice.
The Grand Priest snorted coldly. “Gujotes, Mal—what is your purpose here?”
“Purpose?” Gujotes laughed, his chuckle echoing ominously through the air. “What else would we be doing here, Grand Priest?”
“I warn you,” the Grand Priest said sternly, “even though you may outnumber us, if all the angels unite, your Four Evil Gods won’t stand a chance!”
But Gujotes only laughed harder. “That may be true—if you were at full strength. But surely fighting the Great Mother Goddess has drained you, hasn’t it?”
“You…!” The Grand Priest gritted his teeth, anger flashing in his eyes.
Before the tension could escalate further, Goten stepped forward. With a calm expression, he produced a small bag from his belt.
“Whis,” he said, tossing the bag to him, “share these with everyone.”
“Yes, Lord Goten!” Whis replied. Without hesitation, he distributed the contents—Senzu Beans—to the angels.
“What is this, Whis?” Kess, one of the angels, asked curiously as he examined the bean in his hand.
“This is a Senzu Bean,” Whis explained. “By consuming it, your injuries will heal, and your strength will fully recover in an instant.”
“Truly remarkable!” Kess exclaimed after swallowing one. The weariness and pain that had plagued him moments before vanished entirely. “I feel as though I’ve been completely revitalized!”
Whis nodded, continuing to hand out the beans.
Gujotes, watching this unfold, clenched his fists tightly in frustration. His gaze burned with anger as he muttered, “Damn it… What sort of tricks are these mortals pulling now?”
“Feeling bold enough to face us now, Gujotes?” the Grand Priest taunted.
But Gujotes sneered in response. “Don’t think a handful of beans will make a difference. We came here fully prepared!”
“Prepared?”
“That’s right!” Gujotes smirked before turning toward Sebastian. “It’s time. Sebastian, Mal—activate the ultimate plan!”
“The ultimate plan?” The Grand Priest’s eyes narrowed suspiciously as he watched Sebastian step back, removing a green earring from his left ear.
To the Grand Priest’s shock, Mal and the others followed suit, each removing identical earrings.
“These earrings…” the Grand Priest murmured, his expression darkening.
“What is it, Father?” Merus asked, concern evident in his voice.
“These are Pandora Earrings,” the Grand Priest explained gravely. “They allow for fusion—but these are far more advanced than standard Potara Earrings. They enable the fusion of not two, but four beings.”
As the Grand Priest finished speaking, the four evil gods placed their remaining earrings on opposite ears. The earrings emitted a brilliant white light as they drew the wearers together like magnets.
When the light subsided, a new figure stood before them—a towering man clad in black armor, his physique massive and intimidating. His aura radiated an overwhelming, oppressive power.
This was Quanmo, the fused form of the Four Evil Gods.
“They’ve fused…” Merus whispered, his voice trembling with disbelief.
“Yes,” the Grand Priest replied, his tone grim. “This level of fusion is unprecedented.”
As the angels stood frozen in shock, Goten stepped forward. He watched the transformation unfold, his expression unreadable.
“Fusion, huh?” Goten muttered, his brows furrowing slightly. Then, to everyone’s surprise, his body reverted to its base form.
“Lord Goten!” Merus exclaimed in confusion. “Why did you—”
Before he could finish, Goten roared, his voice shaking the ground beneath them. In an instant, his form changed.
Golden hair spiked upward as his aura blazed like an inferno. He had transformed into Super Saiyan Six.
The demons sneered, unfazed by the display.
But Goten wasn’t finished. His power continued to rise, his aura growing more intense as he pushed himself further.
“AHHH!!!” With another deafening roar, Goten ascended to Super Saiyan Seven.
“What is he doing?” Amarula asked, her voice filled with unease.
“I’m not sure…” the Great Mother Goddess admitted, her eyes fixed on Goten.
As Goten's energy skyrocketed, the ground around the palace trembled violently. His ki expanded, reaching far beyond the boundaries of the palace to the eighteen universes.
Even Quanmo, who moments ago exuded confidence, now seemed unsettled.
Suddenly, Goten’s hair turned a striking shade of purple, lengthening until it reached his waist. His pupils shifted to a deep crimson, and his body was surrounded by a swirling combination of golden and green ki. Sparks of lightning crackled around him.
“This transformation…” Merus gasped. “Could it be… Super Saiyan Eight?”
The Grand Priest nodded solemnly. “Yes. This is a transformation I had only theorized. It combines the power of the Great Ape with the refined energy of a Super Saiyan.”
Goten wasn’t done yet. A golden ape’s shadow materialized behind him, its roar echoing across dimensions. The green ki surrounding Goten intensified—a testament to the Saiyan power buried deep within him.
“Green ki… It’s just like Broly’s,” Whis observed.
BANG!
Goten’s energy exploded outward, unleashing a powerful shockwave that forced everyone to shield their eyes.
When the storm of energy subsided, Quanmo sneered. “Have you finished your theatrics, Saiyan?”
Goten smirked. “I didn’t want to use this power, but your fusion leaves me no choice. Let’s see how you handle it.”
Quanmo laughed darkly. “Then come! Show me your so-called power!”
In an instant, Quanmo lunged at Goten, his speed surpassing that of light. His fists struck out with ferocious force, but Goten dodged each attack with precision, retreating as he did so.
“What’s wrong, Saiyan?” Quanmo taunted. “Is this all you’ve got?”
The gods and angels watched in tense silence, their hearts pounding as the battle unfolded. Even the Great Mother Goddess, who had once opposed Goten, now found herself silently rooting for him.
Though gods and demons were eternal enemies, in this moment, she too hoped for Goten's victory.
Chapter 259: Goten vs. All Demons (Part 2)
BANG!!
A deafening crack tore through the air as Goten’s body was hurled into the vastness of space, streaking through the void like a golden-green comet of light.
“Ahhh!”
The demons roared in unison, their voices filled with rage. Hundreds of energy blasts erupted from their hands, surging toward Goten like a relentless storm.
“Goten!”
“Lord Goten!”
Beerus and the others shouted in alarm as they watched the overwhelming assault.
“AHHH!!!”
Goten’s roar echoed across the universe, carrying with it a force so powerful that it detonated every incoming energy wave mid-flight. Explosions rippled through the void, scattering the demonic attacks in a dazzling display of light.
The intensity of Goten’s roar shattered the surrounding space, creating a cascade of dimensional cracks that threatened to consume everything. The angels quickly combined their efforts, conjuring a massive protective barrier to shield themselves and the Omni-Kings from the destruction.
Quanmo, however, stood unfazed. With a cold sneer, he conjured a purple protective shield around himself, blocking the waves of destructive energy emanating from Goten’s voice.
BANG!!
A golden-green streak of light appeared before Quanmo in an instant—Goten had closed the distance faster than the eye could follow.
“HA!”
Without giving the demons a chance to react, Goten unleashed a devastating punch with his right fist, putting every ounce of his strength behind the blow.
CRACK…
Quanmo’s protective shield shattered like fragile glass, and Goten’s fist connected with his face, sending him hurtling through the void.
BOOM!!
Quanmo’s body crashed into the wall of the King's Palace with an earth-shaking impact, leaving a massive crater in his wake.
“Damn you!!”
Roaring in fury, Quanmo pried himself from the wall and disappeared in a blur, reappearing behind Goten in an instant.
Goten, unfazed, glanced back with his sharp, glowing right eye. Before Quanmo could strike, Goten’s body vanished from sight.
Startled, the demons also disappeared into the void, chasing after him. What followed was a battle of incomprehensible speed. From a distance, the universe seemed alight with countless flashes of golden and green light as the two warriors clashed at superluminal speeds.
“That’s… odd,” Merus murmured, watching the chaotic display. “Lord Goten is a Saiyan. How can he survive in the vacuum of space?”
“I don’t know,” Whis admitted, his expression contemplative. “It’s beyond even my understanding.”
“HA!”
Goten’s roar cut through the silence once again. His right fist collided with Quanmo’s in a titanic clash, unleashing a shockwave so immense that the surrounding space trembled violently.
Invisible ripples of energy radiated outward, distorting the fabric of space as they traveled.
“AHHH!!”
Goten bellowed, summoning every ounce of strength in his body. With a powerful strike, he knocked Quanmo backward, sending him spiraling through the void.
The fused demon came to a halt, his breath heavy as he glared at Goten.
Goten, too, was panting, beads of sweat glistening on his forehead. Although his Super Saiyan 8 form granted him unparalleled power, it came at a steep cost. The transformation consumed enormous amounts of energy, and the constant strain of healing from his injuries only added to his fatigue.
Still, compared to Quanmo, Goten’s condition was far superior.
Quanmo sneered, a sinister grin spreading across his face. “Goten, you’re strong—stronger than I expected—but your stamina is failing, isn’t it?”
“Stamina?” Goten repeated, his tone calm but laced with defiance.
“That’s right,” Quanmo said, his voice dripping with malice. “When we fused, we gained the ability to absorb all forms of power—even the power of gods!”
With that, Quanmo’s figure vanished, reappearing in the blink of an eye near the Omni-Kings.
“Protect the Lords!” the Grand Priest commanded urgently.
At his order, Whis and the other angels moved swiftly, forming an impenetrable barrier around the two Omni-Kings.
But before Quanmo could advance further, a flash of silver light streaked through the void.
BANG!!!
In an instant, the silver figure collided with Quanmo, sending the demon flying tens of thousands of meters away. The force of the impact created a shockwave that rippled across the battlefield.
Quanmo’s body skidded to a halt in the distance, his eyes widening in shock as he steadied himself.
“What was that?” he muttered, his voice tinged with disbelief.
The silver figure hovered motionless in the void, its radiant aura shining brightly against the darkness of space.
Chapter 260: Finale
BANG!!
Quanmo roared as his body halted abruptly in the vastness of space. With blazing speed, he flew back to the skies above the Grand Zeno's Palace, his gaze fixed on Goten, who stood glowing in the radiant state of Ultra Instinct.
“Goten,” Quanmo sneered, his voice dripping with malice. “Since you’re determined to oppose me, I’ll start by absorbing your power!”
Raising his right hand, he lunged toward Goten with immense speed.
“Dark Siphon!”
Quanmo shouted, unleashing a powerful suction force from his palm aimed directly at Goten. The sheer pull of the energy was enough to distort the surrounding space.
But Goten remained unfazed. In a blink, he disappeared and reappeared in front of Quanmo, delivering a thunderous punch to his abdomen.
BANG!!!
The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the void as Quanmo let out a loud scream, coughing up dark, viscous energy.
Wasting no time, Goten followed up with a relentless barrage of punches, his fists striking Quanmo’s face and body at superluminal speed. Each blow landed with devastating force, driving the fused demon backward.
“HA!!”
With a powerful shout, Goten channeled all his strength into a final punch to Quanmo’s face, sending him hurtling across the universe.
BOOM!!!
Quanmo’s body collided with a massive meteorite, shattering it into countless fragments that scattered into the void.
“Damn you!” Quanmo bellowed, fury radiating from his form as black Ki erupted violently around him.
“AHHH!!”
The demon charged at Goten with renewed rage, his speed nearly immeasurable.
“Dark Siphon!”
The suction force from Quanmo’s hands intensified as he attempted to drain Goten’s power.
Goten, however, moved like a phantom, disappearing from Quanmo’s sight and reappearing behind him in the blink of an eye.
Quanmo spun around, his hands still drawing in energy. With his immense power, he managed to absorb a small portion of Goten’s energy.
“Forced Separation!”
But just as quickly as Quanmo absorbed Goten’s energy, Goten retaliated with a powerful strike. His fists connected with the demon’s chest, forcing the stolen energy to erupt back out of Quanmo’s body in violent bursts.
“ARGHH!!” Quanmo screamed, staggering backward in shock.
Goten didn’t relent. His fists became a whirlwind of power, delivering strike after strike. Each blow sent shockwaves through the cosmos, forcing Quanmo to retreat.
“HA!”
With one final, devastating kick, Goten struck Quanmo in the face, launching him thousands of meters into the distance.
Quanmo gasped for breath, his body trembling as he turned his wary gaze toward Goten. But when he looked, Goten was no longer standing where he had been.
The demon’s eyes widened in alarm. Before he could react, a calm, commanding voice echoed from behind him.
“Destroy.”
As the word left Goten’s lips, Quanmo’s body began to disintegrate at a speed visible to the naked eye.
“NOOOO!!!” Quanmo roared in desperation, his screams fading as his body dissolved completely, leaving nothing but silence in his wake.
Goten exhaled deeply, relief washing over him. His figure shimmered as he descended gracefully to the ground in front of the King’s Palace.
“Goten!” The Grand Priest greeted him with a rare smile.
Goten nodded in acknowledgment.
The gods turned their attention to the Great Goddess and her remaining companions, who stood in silence, their faces pale.
“Goten!”
The two Omni-Kings called out joyfully, their small figures bouncing with excitement.
“Yes, Grand Zeno?” Goten replied respectfully.
“What should we do with the Great Goddess and her allies?” the Grand Priest asked, looking toward the Omni-Kings.
The Zenos turned to Goten. “Goten, what do you think we should do?”
Goten paused, his gaze softening as he looked at the defeated group. “Then, Grand Zeno, why not give them a chance?”
The Great Goddess and her companions froze, disbelief etched across their faces.
“Goten…” the Great Goddess murmured, stunned that he would speak on their behalf.
“Well then,” the Zeno said with a giggle, “if that’s what you think, we’ll do as you say!”
“Thank you, Grand Zeno,” Goten said with a nod.
“Are you leaving now, Goten?” the Zeno asked.
“Yes, Grand Zeno. If there’s nothing else, I’ll return to Earth.”
“Okay, but make sure to visit us often!”
“Of course,” Goten replied with a small smile.
Merus approached the Grand Priest, bowing slightly. “Father, I will take my leave as well.”
“Go ahead,” the Grand Priest said with a nod.
With that, Merus and Goten vanished, leaving the King’s Palace behind.
Back on Earth
Goten reappeared on Earth, where he was greeted warmly by Goku, Chi-Chi, and the others.
When Goten shared the news of the Great Goddess’s defeat, the group erupted in cheers of joy.
The happiest of them all was Chi-Chi. “Alright, Goten,” she said with a satisfied smile, “now that the war is over, don’t you think it’s time to go back to school?”
“School?” Goten asked, slightly taken aback.
“Yes! Even if you’re the strongest in the universe now, you still need an education. Otherwise, you’ll end up like your father—completely uneducated!”
“Hey, what’s that supposed to mean?” Goku interjected, scratching his head in confusion.
The group burst into laughter at Chi-Chi’s comment, filling the room with warmth and relief.
“Alright, Mom,” Goten said, surprising everyone by agreeing without a hint of protest.
His calm response left everyone momentarily speechless. But as they looked at Goten, they couldn’t help but smile. They knew he had grown, not just in power but in maturity as well.
