SENIOR LIVING MOD - TEST VERSION DOWNLOAD

I'm releasing this as a test version and free to the public because it'll need a complete remake.  The mod has unusual glitches with interactions.  It'll run two interactions at the same time, double the price of items, and other weird problems.  I've tried to fix them all but now realize it's best to start over completely.

Since I don't know what the problem is or it might be damaged somehow, use with caution.  I'm posting for those who really want to see what the mod is about.

The objects are also having the same issues.  The newspaper interaction reads "Use Incontinence Underwear" but that interaction isn't connected to it.  No matter how I change the interactions for the object it still reads that.  It's using magic I guess.

How To Use The Mod
Give your elder Sim the Senior Citizen trait in CAS, located in the lifestyle category.  This trait will give you a new "Senior Citizen" social menu and interactions.  These interactions will also give your Sim "Wisdom" when they use them.

-I'm too old for this
-You little whippersnapper
-Guess how old I am
-Complain about society
-Repeat an old story
-Talk about the good old days
-Ask to speak up

Your Sim will also experience 3 new ailments (Buffs).  Arthritis, Incontinence, and will sometimes Feel Old.

When your Sim gets the Arthritis Pain buff they'll feel uncomfortable and will need to purchase and take a dose of Arthritis medication.  Taking the medication will remove the move, otherwise wait it out for a couple of hours.

Incontinence lasts 6 hours with the buff.  Purchase a box of incontinence underwear, use the underwear to remove the buff and stop using the restroom on yourself.  (during testing I purchased the newspaper and that interaction took away the incontinence, not the actual incontinence underwear)

Feeling Old will advise you to go to the doctor and get checked out.  When you do you run the chance of getting the okay to come back home and not worry or get a diagnosis of dementia.  This is a trait.  If you have dementia the doctor will give you a prescription for medication.  The prescription has to be in the inventory in order to purchase dementia medication.

Dementia Trait
When you have Dementia the "Senior Citizen" social interactions will not work.  You'll need to take the medication to get rid of it.  (dementia pill aren't removing the trait so be careful)  

Elder Care Service - menu
With this menu you can do several things, order services, and prepare to live in an assisted living facility.

Schedule A Doctor Visit - Prompted when you get the Feeling Old buff

Drug Store - You can purchase medications, incontinence underwear, and newspaper.

Use Coupons - When coupon clipping you get coupons.  If they're in your inventory you'll get a discount on medication and incontinence underwear.

Elder Hotspots - rabbithole journeys to the bingo hall, horse track, and church.

Get Assisted Living Services - This will give you the Assisted Living trait.  You need the trait to unlock a couple of social interactions that appear only on the Residential Caregiver.  You also need this trait first before you can hire a Residential Caregiver.  You can ask them for help bathing or walking.  Which will loot a helpful buff to get you clean and give you energy to walk.

Hire Residential Caregiver - This will spawn a residential caregiver.  This person will cook for you and help you out.

Know and unkown Issues: Object loots aren't working so medications etc will not make your sim feel better.  The mod could increasingly malfunction.

The remake will probably take a couple of weeks.  I have a few mods that are already a little behind while trying to fix this one.  However I'll try to add even more to it.  If you play this and have suggestions on what you'd like to see please let me know below.  

How To Download
This is a rar file.  You'll need a program like winrar or rarlab to unzip.  It might not unzip properly with other programs.  

Place into your Sims 4 mods folder.
