I don't regret working on this model. The best star of this model is its rig, I can't describe how I pleasured with it. I also like how mesh with textures already looks.
This model iteration is not final. I'm currently working on last pieces to make it ready.
If you curious what left:
Textures - Create plates on bottom of the body and head, create marks on his body, refine scales.
Geometry nodes - Create a "merge all parts" geonodes, create geonodes for controlling his body forms
UI and scripts - Just add missing pieces and functionality
