2023-07-11 18:46:37 +0000 UTCJohn's gives me electro-kinetic feel. Part techie part generator. Add in on a whim possible adhd relations. . .maybe even tack on part speedster. You get John akin to the electric discharge guy from my hero, with bursts of electricity fueled sped up perception and nerve control. The buildup of electricity in his body gets to the point that it affects ts his mind and makes him think faster and more erratically until he discharges. When running on empty, instead of the my hero guys head empty outcome, John just gets calm and hungry. This works out almost unintentionally because rubber is immune to electricity.

Camo/shape-shifting to kinda just blend in somewhere and be everywhere he ever needs to be ever. Cant shape shift to below 6ft ever, but can hide in shadows or plain sight like slenderman, or like an octopus. Has no violent tendencies but can dodge and parry like a ghost, and with no effort. Almost ethereal.

The face of the team, does press related stuff like toast, traveling the world and dealing with leaders etc. She got your blackwidow-esque combat training She would rarely use, Ironman decked out in self defence and transportation kinda technological extravagance. Is able to help the team with random things wherever she is like the dues ex machinations item floating down In a ordinately cute box floating down on a little parachute to save the day or something.

With using defence as offense and using what ever he can to his advantage, and likes to sh!t talk everyone who gets on his nerves xD now I kinda wanna see him as a well dressed defence attorney (as we saw with superman and xmen, someone's gotta deal with the mundanes) with tons of random throw away gadgets that he can pull put from seemingly no where and use them almost callously. No direct super powers seemingly but when confronted with violence, lashes out extremely angrily and with suprising prowess, and after the fight, kick the oponents complaining about his injuries and how it's their fault. Then he will huff, tidy himself up and comb his hair and be on his way to the next person to yell at

But with like movie heightened social skills. Like a total "I know a guy" for almost any situation. Dreads to ever be in the Frontline but instead runs the backend of most missions and ofcourse the communication operation. Not to say she is defenseless, I can imagine her being a mini hulk. Only maintained while angry, no different personality or anything. She just gets stronger and tougher the angrier or frightened she gets. Like some goons get sent by the villain to her location and when they break in she goes full honebadger on em, and as their down and sporting broken bones she throws a T-pose and tells them to get sh1t on xD

She is able to get Into a "mental space" where she can render universal energies into tangible changes or even straight destructive force or anything she wills it to be as long as it is followed by or accompanied by her music and song. The strength of her powers are from music, lyrics, intention and how much of herself she invests into it. Due to her innate inability to want to wish harm on someone, all her attacks are cartoonist in nature but if she gets frantic so does her power and that comes with more serious repercussion. She mostly uses her power to provide comfy recuperating sessions and roast-rap support on missions with an 85%chance of friendly fire .

Like the whole, it shouldn't work, but it's working by the skin of its teeth, double sided ducktape and and the frantic energy of a gnomish goblin artificer. Also can almost never lethal harm himself with any self imposed mishap. Not even if it was a trap from someone else, like literally cartoon logic type beat.

2023-07-11 02:57:37 +0000 UTCFor Sydney, I can only really imagine some form of mental powers. Whether it's telekinesis or more professor x(prolly due to the wheelchair talk it's stuck in my head). I think a nice change of pace for a telekinetic is instead of some kind of brain power, it's literally a metaphysical-limb that somewhat shares strength with her physical form. But it's a mutiplicative relationship, so her powers get stronger from use, but also from her physical strength and fitness. BUT it also , as the power get stronger, provides fortification of her physical body. Stronger muscles, tougher skin, and in a more subdued fashion, her awareness, reflexes etc. She also follows physics more strictly than other comic book heroes in terms of how she affects anything outside of her body. Like instead of flying she is instead throwing herself up and away like a ragdoll xD " we aren't flying, we are falling.... with style!"

Gives her access to multiple ways of moving through air or land. From slinky like movements, just stretching her feet to have huge strides, turning into an airballoon, shooting off like a rubber band etc. Can deal and recieve huge amounts of convulsive force with little to no damage. But most of all, lots of utility out of it. Since she seems to not be into violence (from the boxing podcast) she can instead restrain or move people out of the way

Kinda makes me sad that that I won't meet you guys but I am very happy to be able connect/relate in this way. Really feels warm in a way <3
