Here are four more Monster reveals for the Tickle Fight! TCG I am working on. I'm trying to make sure you really only need your deck and a 10 sided die (since the game is digital, it isn't imperative, but I do appreciate simplicity in design in case I get to do some sort of physical version even in a limited release or something).
Let's go over the purpose of these different Monsters:
Feather Weaver is primarily a Tickling Monster, so it has a poor Restraint Difficulty of 10, but a decent Tickle Difficulty of 5 (3 if the opposing Tamer is Restrained by another Monster or effect). It only has a Tickle Rating of 3, but has the ability "Spot Skill - Armpits" meaning if it successfully Tickles the Armpits, it has a Tickle Rating of 5! IF the Armpits are the opposing Tamer's Weakness, then it will deal a total Stamina reduction of 10! My plan for this game is to get players to attempt to gain knowledge first, then put the pieces in place to go for a big ticklish finish!
Kler and Klaud fill the same sort of niche: a strong potential finisher with a dangerous downside. Kler is a higher risk and higher reward since you don't know if it will end up Tickling your opponent or yourself, so you have to weigh that risk before Attempting with it. Klaud is more certain, but you have to be either in a better position than your opponent when Attempting, not have the same Weakness as your opponent, or use specific effects that can counteract its effect of Tickling its owner in the same spot that it Tickles the opponent. I wanted Monsters like these to essentially be unpredictable and uncontrollable Tickle Monsters! Big finishers should require big risk!
ICU-GGL is what I call a "Scout" Monster. This Monster is used to see exactly where your opponent's Weakness is before Attempting a Tickle. This allows you to gather information on how to stack your buffs to maximize the Tickling output before Attempting!
What do you think of these Monsters? Are you excited to try the game out?
