Tie Me Up 0.7.2 Patreon 1 Released!

Good news!  Version 0.7.2 Patreon 1 is now live!

Thanks to Pontikue, this update contains a number of bug fixes, but the biggest change is Ashley now has better body proportions.  It’s still not perfect, but it is better than the original.  I plan on adjusting things further someday in the future, but the amount of work it can take means I’m going to use these proportions for the time being.  I’d like to plow ahead with the graphics updates so I can spend more time later on gameplay, features and code.

This is the first of a few updates.  I’m going to update the remaining characters as fast as I can.

Changelog:

-  Updated readme file to include spacebar to pick up/put down a captive
-  Switching levels while in game no longer locks up at load screen
-  Menu works properly when switching levels
-  Reduced number of gag sounds when performing certain actions when tied
-  Rope pickups are no longer invisible
-  Escape chance modifier now shows in-game
-  Fixed dynamic occlusion in office level, won’t work perfectly but should be better
       -  Should have less beheading and stripping now
-  Door hop bug fixed
-  Stairs should be easier to climb now
-  Updated Ashley’s model
-  Took away Ashley’s scalpel
       -  Only body proportions need to be changed.  Rocket launchers for hands are unnecessary.

Geez, I thought I looked at spazzing before too... I'm starting to think I need to re-write that code. It's pretty broken. I'm sorry about this bug, it's been in the game for a long time but I've been doing nothing but graphics and animation work... It's the worst part of working alone. You can't delegate work.

Details about carrying Ashley in the office building stage: When you attempt to carry her, catgirl protagonist will assume carrying position, while Ashley is spazzing around. You could maintain the "carry" pose, walk to the car and the game assumes that you have shoved Ashley in the trunk, even adding to the counter. However, the glitching Ashley is still around somewhere in the stage and attempting to carry her again will result in your character being unable to move.

The carrying bug is still there unfortunately. I haven't had time to look at it yet. I'll add an option at some point to turn off trapped pickups. In the meantime, I'm going to turn down the chance to make it rare. Laying down positions are planned for the future (I love hogties!). I haven't implemented it yet. I'm planning on adding a pounce attack that gets them on the ground, but I really like your idea. I'm adding nudging tied characters to the list. I'll also add lowering the camera to the list as well. : P I hadn't even checked for underwear! Noted. I'm going to be working on her graphics soon, I can add her bikini bottom to her so she's not going commando. Thank you so much for the feedback Rene!

- There are still some issues with carrying Ashley. I seem to be able to carry the other two girls around without much problem (although bugs can still happen). The Ashley carrying bug applies to both office and bikini versions. - I still can't stand the "pickups randomly affect you" feature... It feels like a waste of time when I simply want to restock and got stuck struggling or removing objects. - I wonder if the girls have other positions, like sitting or lying down. Maybe if you have both of their legs tied, you can knock them over with a nudge. They might attempt to stand up and hop away to call for help. - I wish the camera is a bit lower for the player character. Can hardly see her butt while she's tied up. - Also, schoolgirl Akimoto isn't wearing any underwear...?
