The Beginning of my Journey

Hi! Thank you for joining my Patreon. I hope you enjoy 💜

Here is my Weight Gain Story

It all started back in February of 2023. I was single and was in the middle of my last college semester. I weighed 180 lbs. so even at my start I was a little chubby / thick. I met a guy on Hinge who I'm currently still with and it has changed my life forever.

At first it was the initial dates of going out to eat all the time, watching movies, and going to get deserts during or after dates. Over the first couple months I never noticed that I was slowly getting bigger. By August of 2023 we moved in together and by this point I was probably 190 lbs. I had no idea. We began to only hangout at the house watching movies, getting takeout, and playing video games. I wasn't moving around a whole lot. December of that year, I slipped in my kitchen and broke my hand. Which meant I couldn't work because my current job requires me to use my hands. We went to the hospital, and I weighed myself for the first time in a while. 202.4 pounds. I was shocked but not surprised. I hadn't had the money to buy clothes, and I could tell the clothes I did have were getting tight. By the end of that month, I had surgery.

From January to March, I literally only sat on the couch and ate. By my last appointment, I had reached 217 lbs. This was probably the fastest part of my weight gain. I finally went back to work, but I could tell a difference in the struggles I had with walking, not eating around the clock, and needing to sit down a lot. In April of 2024 I quit that job and now work for myself. I don't work much so I'm not that physically active. Since then, I've reached 240 lbs. I think sitting around for those 3 months really lowered my metabolism and made my appetite grow like crazy. Also doesn't help there's a Dairy Queen and a Mcdonalds not far from me.

In summary none of my weight gain has been purposeful but I was too lazy to do anything about it. I now am currently trying to gain but slowly and I have no set goal. Nothing to fast so my family doesn't notice as much, and I do it in a healthy way.
