Hey Joel, I think this is a great video, and it is the one that made me join. That said, I wanted to point out something and maybe get your opinion on this. In the example you give, there are some questions you are making about the reasons Slobbers might be dissatisfied with his life and that we are discouraged from examining some of these reasons by Peterson. If you have heard more of his lectures you would see that this is not true. Instead, these are all things Jordan Peterson talks about. His point is that Slobers can either decide that the reason his job pays badly is society in general and turns to extreme ideologies or decide that it's partially his fault, assumes responsibility and works towards being more competent in a field and thus making better money and a better living for his family. Though the rest of the analysis is pretty spot on, I believe you have missed or misunderstood that point.
