A Lesson For Louise 9

By the time lunch had come round Louise smelt like a fire pit, which wasn’t the most unpleasant smell for it reminded her of better times before she attended Tristain academy. And, as she walked to the feasting hall where the student body would have lunch, she found herself looking over a black shard of obsidian, or ‘lava glass’, that one of the lava spirits had given to her.
The shard was roughly the size of her thumb and warm to the touch, and through her own senses she could still feel its connection to the lava spirit. From her understanding the spirit gave her the equivalent of a specific contract for its service.
“Maybe I should look into making my own foci for shamanism.” Something that wasn’t strictly required, Roc had given her some examples of Shamans and Druids that didn’t have a foci beyond whatever fetishes they’d earned.
It was less of a vital thing to possess, and more of a status symbol so perhaps not. Maybe after she achieved mastery? Until then, she could just make a bracelet for her primary fetish along with the shard of obsidian?
“Maybe Obsidia could help?” She mused, that’s what friends did, right?
What else did girls do? Braid each other's hair… talk about boys? Truly, her self-imposed social isolation combined with her status as a social pariah back at Tristain academy certainly didn’t help. Honestly, it was rather pathetic of her to not know how to socialize with anyone that wasn’t related to her.
Shaking her head she looked around for her elven friend, and, upon seeing her, Louise smiled and walked over.
“My my,~” Obsidia started with a smirk, “If it isn’t the girl that set the entire garden on fire…”
Louise blushed at that, “The lava spirits… multiplied faster than I expected…” And she wasn’t even trying to defend herself, just telling the truth!
How could’ve she expected Earth and Fire spirits to… ‘breed’ so quickly and enthusiastically!?
She laughed, tossing her hair back. “Come on, it wasn’t just you wanting to show off how much mana you’ve got?” Obsidia asked, “I’ve saved you a seat.”
Louise just blushed but took the seat, “I mean… maybe a little…” She mumbled.
She’d never actually showed off before, that one time with Roc when she made a sapling into a giant didn’t count, and she might’ve been… a little overeager.
Though at least Professor Garlt found the entire thing amusing… so that had to count for something right?
“The screams were delicious,” Obsidia said with a smirk, “As is your cuteness, your blushing is just adorable.”
Louise made a whine, “Come on… I’m pretty plain compared to…” Honestly? There were simply too many to list really.
It was strange, actually, but she hadn’t actually seen anyone that could be considered ugly, at least to her sensibilities really. None really compared to Rei or Inari, but that troublesome fox and the god were in their own category and thus didn’t count.
“No, no,” She replied, “You have a different type of pretty compared to other people.” Obsidia waved it off. “Want to sit on my lap while you eat?~”
Louise didn’t see it, but she wasn’t willing to argue about it.
“I swear I’m going to give those ‘peers’ of yours nightmares…” Well that wasn’t concerning, “Louise, hun, they practically destroyed your self-esteem and confidence! In fact, when I visit I’m going to thank that kinky elf of yours!”
Louise blushed, “Um… o-okay…” She could already hear her mother’s browbeating her about how a Valarie lady shouldn’t do such things.
… Which was mainly the reason she agreed.
“It’s called teenage rebellion, hun,” Rei said, answering her unasked question.
Putting that out of her mind, Louise sat in Obsidia’s lap with a blush, which did stir some murmurs from the other students but thankfully she couldn’t hear them this time.
The elf giggled, kissing her neck gently. “Mine,” She hissed, “I’m going to find who made you so sad and repressed and rend them limb from limb… if you don’t want to exact your own revenge,~” Obsidia purred, “Why don’t you show me food from your homeland when you get the chance, mm?”
“Okay,” Louise said, “It won’t be as… exotic as yours but, if you like…” Despite how uncomfortable she was, she couldn’t deny she enjoyed what Obsidia gave her.
A bit distracting but overall very pleasing, she honestly didn’t understand why so many students looked at her like she was some sort of oddity.
“Now, what food have you gotten today for lunch?” She asked, looking over the food, “Ah, a bagel and meat. Tasty. I have the venom sack of a hydra garnished with parsley and garlic and a spicy chili sauce as a dip.” She paused for a moment before saying, “You can’t eat it, you would die a most painful death. At least until I change you properly.”
Louise blinked, “I… yes, I believe I would…” Curious about dark elf food she was… but she wasn’t daft nor did she have a death wish, “Well, no… no, don’t. That was a bad day and nothing happened…”
“Don’t worry, if you want I can make you at least partially immune to most poisons in the world so you can enjoy what I do later!” Obsidia offered, “You know, when I fix your breast envy.”
Louise only pouted at that before helping herself to her non-lethal lunch of a bagel and a few other things that caught her eye. Though one of the orc students laughed when she got herself a serving of a traditional orc stew. She didn’t understand why of course, after her first taste it reminded her of home.
Samuel, a commoner that worked at her home, made an amazing vegetable stew. Granted this was very meat-heavy but the taste was similar enough. It certainly helped deal with what little homesickness she’d been feeling.
“... Hey Louise, what’s your alcohol tolerance like?” Obsidia asked after a moment, “Because they make that with one of their drinks and I don’t think you’d appreciate getting drunk before your next class.”
“I can stand a glass or two of wine with a meal, but I’ve never been much of a drinker,” Louise said.
Obsidia very carefully pushed Louise’s glass away to replace it with water, “Drink this instead, never say I don’t warn you away from bad ideas. That you won’t enjoy.”
“... Agreed…” Louise said as she eye’d the glass Obsidia pushed away, “So… how badly would that have messed with me?”
“Very drunk, as it is you’ll just be a touch buzzed by the time you finish your stew,” She replied, giving her another gentle kiss on the neck, sending shivers through her body, “And you are, again, all mine. Every last drop of your blood is mine.”
“Huh…” She looked at the stew, “I was wondering why it tasted a little strange. Not bad, huh, had no idea you could put alcohol in stew…” Of course she was mostly trying to ignore the fact that Obsidia was getting her excited… and the fact that she could hear some boys making bets.
Loudly.
Obsidia, of course, ignored them and it just egged her on to tease Louise even more.
Louise just bit her tongue before she resumed eating, “I am not going to skip my first class in Enchanting!” She stubbornly thought despite how curious she was.
“Tonight, I will make you regret that the day is only twenty four hours long,” Obsidia whispered, “Maybe that will convince you to focus nice and hard on your Fundamentalism training, mm? To make the night go on and on and on for you…”
“Oh yes, we’re definitely going to play time shenanigans until you get your mastery. And then, well… hehehe.~” Louise just blushed, though she wasn’t sure if it was due to the horny fox or horny dark elf.
Both was probably a safe assumption.
“Well, with an incentive like that how could I not?” Honestly, Louise didn’t know she could be so bold… and she blamed it on Rei.
“Good,” She replied, “The first spell you’ll learn for time manipulation is how to turn back time in localized areas. I expect you to use it on me after giving me a screaming orgasm to keep me screaming. I’ve never experienced that before and want to try it.” Obsidia giggled lustfully. “I’d do it to myself, but I don’t have the talent.”
“... Does all magic get used for… depravity like this?” Louise mumbled as she paused to take a bit of her bagel, not realizing she said that out loud.
Though when Obsidia squeezed her against her chest and started breathing in her ear and sensually started whispering all the things people got up to with magic? Louise wasn’t sure if she was mortified, aroused, or a combination of both!
Though she would never be able to look at a golem the same again, never mind Druids that were masters of Plant manipulation which was, according to Obsidia, a more specialized variation of life manipulation.
Though it did explain why the professor in charge of herbology was always so relaxed…
“Of course… just because magic can be used like that doesn’t mean everyone does…” Obsidia sounded disappointed. “I asked a cutie that manipulated water to half drown me while turning my holes into a mess once and she was horrified by the suggestion, the prude…”
On one hand Louise could easily understand why the person was horrified, but on the other hand… for the first time in her scholastic life she was seriously considering skipping class… damnit Obsidia!
“Oh, lunch is almost done…” She whispered with a pout, “Tonight, I make your year…”
With another gentle and painfully sensual kiss, the dark elf let her get up on shaky legs, her head swimming slightly thanks to all of the alcohol hitting her at once. It was good that class was in fifteen minutes rather than right away.
Her mood wasn’t really improved when she heard… Yang-Long, if she wasn’t mistaken, comment, “They make a cute couple!”
She wasn’t entirely sure about that, but dammit she was looking forward to that night and damn her noble upbringing!
“You think super predators are cute, Yang,” Another student replied with a sigh, “Didn’t you think the hell drake would make a good pet?”
“And it did!” She retorted, “I rode it to class once, people screamed. It was funny.”
That… certainly brought a lot of her quirks into perspective…

“If anyone has any fetishes or talismans, or foci, raise your hand now,” The enchanting professor, one Killian Graves, dressed in a most eccentric manner but his voice was hard. Glowing clocks span on his outfit, a few lights turned on and off at random, and she could swear that his hat was talking to him.
Louise and a few other students raised their hands.
The professor nodded, “Please set them on your desks and introduce them.” Louise blinked at that rather… odd statement but didn’t question it.
One of her teachers back at Tristain was obsessed with machinery, so she was no stranger to eccentric professors. Still she pulled off the makeshift bracelet with the small carved stone Rei had given her all those days ago, and after some consideration she also put down the shard of obsidian… though she wasn’t sure if it truly counted or not.
“You have another,” The professor noted, pointing at her, “It is neglected, but you have it.”
She blinked before reaching into a pocket and pulling out her want, she… actually hadn’t thought of it since she arrived. She… didn’t really have much of an attachment to it, everytime she used it, it ended in an explosion. And while now she knew the explosions were in fact a sign that she had magic… years of bitterness and disappointment hadn’t endeared her to the thing.
The professor waited for everyone to explain where and how they got each piece, hands folded behind his back and listening impassively; almost no emotion on his face.
“And you, young miss?” The professor said, looking at Louise.
Louise looked at the three, “I got the piece of obsidian from a lava elemental earlier, the stone from my guardian to use for Shamanism, and my wand… when I first went to an academy in my homeland. I don’t have many… fond memories of it…” She said, feeling vaguely awkward.
He nodded and explained, “All of these items are enchanted,” his voice was getting animated now, though not excited, “some of them are intelligent, like the fetishes given by spirits, and others are not. All have imprints from their users, whether good or bad, that influences how they behave. Negative ones will make them frustrating and rebellious, positive ones will cause them to become easier to use.”
Louise just looked at her wand thoughtfully at that, honestly she had never considered that before.
“This first class is very simple, you will take an enchanted item of your choosing and learn how to, effectively, feel what it has been infused with,” He continued, pacing around the room. “You may use your own or one I’ve provided along the edge of the class. In the beginning, you will at best learn what element is within them, or what spell they were infused with. Later, you will learn what emotion has been attached to them and, finally, how to manipulate the enchantments. Only then will you learn to create your own and Heather do not drink from that flask outside of designated meal times.” He turned to look at her, eyebrow raised, “Dwarven ale is not an acceptable classroom drink. Water and juices, however, are allowed; so feel free to drink from yours, Carmen.”
It was impressive he knew it was happening considering he was looking in the complete opposite direction.
“Now, grab your choice and I’ll guide you on how to discover the element or spell associated with them,” He said, pausing as one of the clocks on him started whistling, “Someone is trying to break into the vault again,” He noted, tapping and silencing it, “I’ll retrieve them tomorrow, idiot trapped himself and I think a day without food or sleep will teach him a good lesson.”
“Oh… he isn’t eccentric, he’s just scary. Got it,” Louise realized before grabbing her wand. Maybe if she figured it out then she could use it for her other classes.
Rei just laughed, “You’d be surprised how often the two traits coincide.”
“Now the exercise builds upon what you’ve all learned of mana control and manipulation,” The professor said, “Simple in theory, but complex in execution. Now I want you all to cycle a small amount of your mana through your chosen items and I will walk around and either correct or offer you advice.”
For some reason that ‘small amount’ felt aimed at her.
“Even if it wasn’t, is he wrong?” Rei asked.
Louise grumbled and started the exercise, the professor stopping at a few students and whispering advice, or compliments, into their ears until he reached her. “You aren’t cycling it,” He whispered, “You need to pull it back into yourself, not let it leave the wand.”
Louise flushed faintly but corrected the mistake, blinking faint as… she actually wasn’t sure how to describe it really.
“There you go,” He said, patting her on the back, “Use a little less, a little less…” As she reduced how much she was pushing and pulling the feeling became more and more distinct. She still couldn’t describe it, but it was certainly there.
He left her like that as he moved onto other students before stopping at the front of the class, “Everything has its own unique sensation and, as you are exposed to more magic, you will learn to identify them. Some being much easier than others, had Louise here started with her obsidian fetish I’m quite confident that she’d have sensed the Fire and Earth within, alongside a touch of Void and Soul from the spirit within, but her wand is a different story.” He smirked a tad, looking at her directly, “In fact, I’m quite confident she will be one of the last students here to determine its elemental makeup alongside everyone else that chose a similar focus. But jumping into the deep end is a time honored tradition with enchanting, so I wish you all luck.”
Louise just flushed at his words, “I just thought my wand would be a good start…” At least that’s what she told herself.
Maybe if she understood her wand, she could use it in magic? It’s a wand, and wands were used for magic… it made sense to her.
“You will continue to familiarize yourself with your chosen item until you understand it, this may take the entire school year,” He warned, “This is not a failure on your part. Enchanting is a hard branch of magic for it requires knowledge from all others. I will not be disappointed in any failure or mistake you make, I will simply request you to learn from them. If you decide this class isn’t for you, I will still pass you and wish you well in your future endeavors.”
It sounded daunting… but she was going to be trying to learn everything anyway, and it wasn’t like she was daunted by failure… Her continual experience with explosions said that much. And she was already making progress!
… Though if only she could remember how her wand was made, that’d probably help her. Its composition would help her… maybe? Perhaps she was just overthinking it again.
Still, she settled into things and just… continued the exercise. She’d figure it out eventually.

Her next class was fundamentalism and… it was the one she was most intimidated by. Surely the first class wasn’t going to be complicated, right? The others were pretty simple after all…
“The first class will be done outside, you will be commanding the world to make air,” The harsh looking professor stated. “Once you manage to not create an explosion with that, we will move onto the more… interesting applications.”
And like that her hopes were reduced to ash… but she’d signed up for it so she stamped down the lump of dread and moved to join the rest of the small study body to follow the professor.
She’s just glad she had plenty of journals, she had a feeling she’d be taking so many notes.
“In essence, the study you are embarking on is the purest expression of magic there is,” He announced as they walked, “Forming Something from Nothing, the act of true creation! Upon mastery, you will be akin to a god… assuming you ever get that far.” When the people using it were described as arrogant, she hadn’t quite grasped the impact of the statement… until right then, anyway.
“Don’t worry darling, if you ever start acting like that I’ll fix you,” Rei noted, “With head trauma delivered by fluffy tails.”
“Thank you, I think?” And honestly being hit by fluffy tails seemed oddly relaxing, though she was probably being weird about it.
“For now, however, you will simply be creating Wind from Mana,” He continued with a wave of his hand. They were walking towards where she’d created a small lava moat and… it looked about how she expected it to.
A lot of black rock.
“Now, you might be asking yourself why you’re learning how to do this through these methods instead of simply learning Air Elementalism,” He started, turning to them, “And that is simple. While the element specific magics are more efficient, they are less varied. Variety is the true power of a mage. A pyromancer is limited to fire, a druid by the spirits they can contact, necromancers can not heal, enchanters require their items. Fundamentalists do not have these weaknesses.”
His hand waved and the rock turned to dirt and grass, Louise had barely felt anything being done.
“Okay, maybe the arrogance is deserved…” Honestly the more she learned of Fundamentalism, the higher her curiosity rose.
She also wondered if there were any Fundamentalists that developed a god complex and tried to take over the country.
“Downside,” He started with a frown, “You need to understand every aspect of what you are doing. It’s all very well and good to create an explosion of air, but if the goal is to create a cool breeze on a hot day it would be rather unproductive; and the more complex the work the greater the things that can go wrong.”
Louise paled as he continued, clearly trying to emphasize how they shouldn’t treat it like a toy.
“Imagine, for a moment, if you tried to use this to heal someone? You might well succeed, their wounds sealed and life restored… for a little while, until they kept healing. And kept healing until their bones were fused together with their muscle and cancerous growths exploded all over their body.” The image was sickening and worrying. “This is not a class that allows for messing around and an endless cavalcade of mistakes. If I catch any of you fucking around, you will be expelled.”
“So, overly complex tasks are a no go then…” Louise thought as she paled.
“For now,” Rei added in amusement, “For now.”
“Now then, spread out over the grounds and work to create Air, I expect to hear explosions,” He noted, “For now, those are a sign of progress. After you can cause them at will, we move onto shaping them, then creating the air without any explosions, and finally directing that into a steady wind. Every aspect of this will be useful to you in the future.”
He nodded as she and the others spread out, eyes looking distant for a moment as he frowned, “Nn, someone broke into the vault,” He muttered, “Not one of my students… no, that happened a short time ago. Last period, yes…” Then he shook his head like nothing had happened, even as the other students looked as confused as she felt. “Direct your will into a space far away from you, directly upwards, and order air to exist there. Demand it conform to your desire. Force it to heed to your whims.”
Louise took a steadying breath and started to do what the professor said, though she certainly wouldn’t have minded a better grounding in well… the basics but she was fine! Not frustrated at all!
… That was a lie. She was very frustrated…
“Push your mana into it, all of it if you feel the need to!” The professor demanded, “Command the world! Why should it not listen to you? You who Create, who Build! It is yours to do with as you wish!”
“Wish that ghost told me how difficult this would be…” She probably would’ve signed up for it still, not only because she was curious but Louise was willing to admit she was a bit… power hungry.
She chalked it up to being seen as a failure and a Zero for years.
The professor was suddenly in front of her, though he was also still in the center of the field somehow, and sighing, “You will never progress if you do not focus on the here and now,” He noted, “It will take time before you can focus on the Here, Then, Now, and Later. These are the basics of magic. If you do not try you will never succeed and you will always be a Zero. Effort, use it.”
Then he vanished.
Louise eye twitched at that dig, at least in her mind, before she glared up at the spot and got back to work. Through sheer spite, repressed aggression, and the desire to prove to herself and everyone else that she wasn’t a Zero; she focused on the task at hand.
Power flowed out of her and she had one simple desire, to make the biggest explosion of Air she could.
“Gods above!” One of the students shouted as he hit the dirt.
The explosion was… a touch more than Air, she realized. The big flash of light that had illuminated the field was proof enough of that. Still, the explosion bounced off a shimmering field and didn’t touch anyone.
Darkness started swimming in her vision before… she felt like she had moments before using the spell, physically anyway.
“You have a lot of inner demons, Ms. Vallière,” The professor said beside her, “If you want to progress in this field, you’ll need to find a way to make peace with what has been and focus on the now and what will be.” Then he poked her in the nose. “That said, very good work. Your mistake was concentrating it too much, try a more general area and less power next time. Keep going.”
Turning to the rest of the class, he asked, “Did I tell anyone to stop? No? Then continue. You stop when I tell you to or when the school’s bell chimes.”
With a hurried act, the rest of the students got back into their positions.
Louise just nodded tiredly, but decided to catch her breath and close her eyes in hopes that her head would stop pounding.
“Pain is a sign of progress in times like this,” He noted, “But if you can not continue through it, go to the nurse. They will give you pills to quell it.”
“I just need a few moments…” Louise said, though her hands itched to write some notes about what happened.
“Meditation can help, certainly,” He agreed, “Perhaps something your Enchanting professor taught you could help?” There was something in his eyes that said it was important somehow.
“... Thank you professor,” Louise nodded as she closed her eyes and started to let her mana cycle through her own body, it still surprised her how refreshing it felt.
Maybe if she became a teacher at Tristain she could share it? Doubtful but the thought was there.
“Remember, understanding is key to power,” The professor said to the class, “Understanding yourself, understanding the air around you, understanding magic itself. The more you understand, the more you know, the more you can do. Class ends in fifteen minutes.”
Louise carefully sat down and pulled out a journal to make some notes, observations, and some theories on one page and on another she started writing things she… needed to resolve. If only for her peace of mind honestly.
Absent-mindedly, she wondered how the professor knew her last name? She certainly never shared it… maybe Rei registered her under the name with the Headmaster?
“Wait, how did he know I was called a Zero before?” She asked herself with a blink.
She quickly looked at the professor, and the bastard had the sheer cheek to just give her a wink and smirk!

Dinner… flew by as Obsidia constantly teased and tormented her, kisses, tickles, honeyed words… If Louise didn’t know any better, she’d have assumed the woman was a spirit of lust incarnate!
Regardless, she welcomed the distraction. Between her last class and the… unnerving amount of notes she made about herself she needed something else to focus on. And who better than a beautiful dark elf? Well, Rei would’ve been better, but for some reason Rei never came onto the campus… and she refused to elaborate on why much to her irritation.
She was sure Rei and Obsidia would get along like a house on fire.
As soon as they finished eating, the elf dragged her back to their room and practically tossed her into bed. When she’d managed to strip Louise she had no idea, but the thought was pushed out of her mind when Obsidia kissed her.
“Mm, it would be a shame to change you too much,” She whispered, “But I suppose a few cosmetic changes won’t hurt too much…” Another kiss short circuited her thoughts. “You said larger breasts, did you have any other wishes? Taller, wider hips? And did you want pain or pleasure?”
“I…” Louise had honestly never imagined getting bigger breasts so she never actually considered it before, “I… don’t really know. I never imagined getting them so…” She just shrugged.
“Mm, alright then,~” Obsidia purred, “I’ll push you up a cup size and make some minor tweaks elsewhere. I’ll make you look like the absolute best you possible. You’ll be recognizable as you still, of course, just better.”
That sounded fair enough honestly, more than she ever imagined really, though she couldn’t help but feel vaguely concerned about the pain or pleasure bit.
“Now, I ask again… Pain or Pleasure? I can do either one, or both if you want, but I need to do at least one of the two,” Obsidia said, straddling her, “Also I’ll give you a dick so I can ride you while I work.”
“... Both…” She would look back on this and curse her curiosity, though she was so focused on the first part of the question that she completely missed the second statement.
“Lovely,~” The elf purred, “I’ll start with a small amount of pain and ramp up from there, smack my ass if it gets too much.~”
She was about to object, to change her mind, but the changes starting broke her ability to speak.
Scream, however, that she could do as every single inch of her body lit up in pleasure. The elf purred in satisfaction, “Good, I’ll do this nice and slow so it lasts as long as possible.~”
“Oh you sneaky bit-” The rest of the thought was lost as she was drowned in another intertwining wave of pain and pleasure.
She could truly feel the pain that time, gentle sparks of it rolling up and down her body and making the pleasure stand out further. “I think I’ll make your dick hyper sensitive too,~” Obsidia purred, slamming down onto the new implement and sending a further blast of pleasure-pain, this one not stopping as the elf rolled her hips.
“Wait. Dick?” Though that brief flash of clarity quickly disappeared.
The pain was ramping up with every second and it felt so good. She didn’t know why, it just… enhanced everything else she was feeling. Obsidia bounced faster, smiling like a huntress tearing into her meal. “Ah, so tasty,~” She moaned, “Give me more.~”
Louise choked as her eyes crossed, feeling like she’d been hit by a lightning bolt of pain and pleasure. It didn’t help that she was experiencing new sensations on top of what her elf was doing to her. Had she already cum? Had she ever stopped? She didn’t know, or really care… she just didn’t want Obsidia to stop.
The pain increased again, it was worse than anything else she’d ever experienced but it was still so very drowned out by the pleasure that she found it hard to care. “I haven’t even touched your brain yet,~” Obsidia purred dangerously as she leaned down and looked into her eyes, “Want to discover what that will do to you?~”
“Yes,~” Her voice was hoarse from screaming in pain/pleasure.
“Good girl,” The elf replied as she touched fingers to her temple. “Scream more for me.”
She nodded and was going to say as much before she almost bit into her tongue as her body tensed for a moment before her scream reached new heights. And if the dorm wasn’t thoroughly enchanted with sound suppression she possibly would’ve awakened the entire academy!
Obsidia moaned, cumming atop her as her mind became blank. There was nothing beyond the pleasure, the pain, and Obsidia’s magic. “Good girl, good girl,~” She moaned, “Mine, all mine.~ Keep screaming for me, you’re delicious.”
Louise tried to say something but it came out garbled, and Obsidia just clenched on Louise’s new appendage drawing out a loud screeching moan from the sweaty pinkette.
The pain ramped again, now it equaled the pleasure in intensity. Every part of her hurt… but they also felt so good. The sensations mixed and blended until there was no difference. Pleasure overwhelming became agony and agony became pleasure.
She couldn’t think and could only barely move. She couldn’t remember what she was supposed to do if it became too much, she didn’t know if she could tell it was too much. Still, one thought entered her head, a thought not her own. Something that imposed itself on her.
“Just nine more hours of this,” It said, it must have come from Obsidia, “We’ve only just begun… and it will get stronger with every passing second. Scream for me!”
Never before had Louise experienced dread and anticipation at the same time, though… Why she picked that up was the question.
“Oe, Ou,” Louise garbled, her tongue simply not wanting to work with her.
Obsidia just smiled and leaned forward until she was laying atop her and gave her a kiss on the lips before she brushed some strands of pink from Louise’s face.
“Do you?” She asked coyly, “Well, let’s see if you say that after tonight,~” She purred in a threatening/sensual manner that made Louise’s blood boil.
“Oh, and how do you feel about tickling?” The elf didn’t bother waiting for a response before that too spread through her body, mingling with the pleasure and pain as a weird in between sensation.
Louise wheezed and she weakly squirmed under Obsidia, who looked like a dangerously smug and sexy cat.
“Mmm, let me just tweak this so you don’t die from not getting enough air,” Obsidia said, though she couldn’t understand the words, as Louise felt as if her lungs were on fire, “You dying on me would kill the mood, and I’m not a Necromancer so I wouldn’t enjoy it… As much as normal.”
Of course, instead of doing something that made sense to solve the problem, the elf instead made it feel like she was breathing through her skin, and it felt so good to do. “Oh, right, and air is now a sensitizer and aphrodisiac for you… alongside my body fluids.” Louise was painfully aware of the second effect, considering her dick was being drowned in them. “You’ll be getting more sensitive over time now… and I’m going to make sure you feel it.~” She giggled again, moaning almost madly, “Nine hours, just nine hours of hell.~”
The phrase repeated itself in her mind, over and over again like a mantra. Obsidia’s doing, no doubt.
Her very last coherent thought (which she was amazed she even had) before things went… well not black, but she certainly checked out mentally was, “I’m going to get her back for this…”

Morning came… eventually. Even as Obsidia ended things she could still recall every single moment of the… event. It felt like it had taken far longer than a mere nine hours, something confirmed by Obsidia’s words after. “I took the liberty to extend your perception of time while we had our fun,~” She purred, “It must have felt like, oh, twenty hours or so.~”
She just… laid there staring at the ceiling. Her entire body felt as if it had been wrung, drawn, and quartered. And while her eyes weren’t dead, they certainly had that thousand yard stare.
Obsidia just cooed and fussed over her still naked body and, despite the caresses, her newest appendage didn’t stir to life. She felt so deeply drained she wondered if it was how the noble boys felt after Kirche had her fun with them?
Then Obsidia gave it a strong stroke and made it meld back into Louise’s flesh in another powerful burst of pleasure-pain.
Louise gave a choking shriek at that before just looking at her.
“What? It’s not like that massive hunk of wonderful meat would fit comfortably in your panties.” Louise refused to acknowledge the fact the wicked seductress had a point, “Unless you were looking forward to that? Is my Louise developing naughty habits?~”
“Shup…” Her tongue still wasn’t working with her, but the sentiment was obvious.
Obsidia giggled. “I also cleared your body of aphrodisiacs and any changes I made specifically to drive you against the wall. Through the wall, really,” She explained, leaning down over her, “So when I kiss you, know that I’m not forcing you to feel good.~” She made good on her promise moments later, kissing her deeply and making her moan.
Still despite the delightful hell she experienced, Louise repeated what she said last night.
“Ou ou,” She said after the kiss ended.
Obsidia just smiled and said, “Well, I suppose we’ll have to get to know each other better.” Her voice was a sweet and poisonous honey. “Who knows? Maybe I’ll introduce you to my family?” She added whimsically, “Of course… we do so enjoy sharing toys…” Obsidia giggled, “Maybe I’ll be the one shared? Or maybe we’ll take turns making you scream our names for, oh, an entire week straight without sleep?”
“Yours…” Louise took a moment to focus, “Mine…” She added as she pulled her close for another kiss.
Pulling back from the kiss, “Yours, hmm? Well… maybe you’ll establish that next time?” Though her words were challenging, Louise heard some affection in them.
Or was she simply deluding herself? She wasn’t sure anymore.
“Now, let’s get some breakfast and I’ll share a delightful dish with you,” Obsidia said, shifting and getting out of bed, letting Louise get a perfect view of her back and ass before she started getting dressed.
“Loly,” Louise only grumbled as her tongue failed her once more, and with a sigh she got up and started to get dressed as well.
The dish, as it turned out, was one of the deadliest things on the menu… and something Obsidia had specifically requested the week before. “I’ve made sure she won’t die, promise,” She said to the chef, earning a glare and a sigh.
“The muscles of the klintara spinara are absolutely full of a potent paralytic,” She explained, “The fibers are partially made of the stuff. It’s so deadly that even a slight bite of it would kill a standard mortal.”
Louise didn’t trust her mouth, so she nodded with a hum. She’d actually heard of animals that had similar defenses to dissuade predators from taking a bite. So the concept wasn’t strange to her, but the lethality was. And while she did trust Obsidia (something that would mark her insane by everyone else, she expected) a part of her still demanded caution.
“It is also known to be exceedingly delicious, for the few seconds most people have to speak before their vocal cords seize up,” She continued, “Now, neither of us will suffer from that, or the part where your heart and brain stop functioning, but we will get a different effect.”
… Why did that last statement intrigue her so much?
“Ah,~ my master is turning into a sadomasochist.~ Just remember that while you may enjoy it, not everyone’s into pain,” Rei chimed in.
“Instead of a surprisingly painless death, we will gain synesthesia for a few hours!” Obsidia announced. “It can be useful for learning magic, I’ve heard, and I want to try it out.”
If she wasn’t mistaken, synesthesia was when you could perceive sound through your other senses? That actually didn’t sound that bad, distracting perhaps, but rather interesting. And hearing it could help her? Louise nodded, despite the concerned looks the chef gave her.
Smiling, she got enough for both her and Louise on a single plate before walking to where they sat yesterday. And without any prompting Louise sat in her elfs lap with a smile, which made Obsidia giggle and give her a tight hug.
Ignoring how the entire student body and the staff were watching silently, Louise grabbed some utensils and, after getting herself some on a fork, ate it. Chewing slowly, enjoying the texture and taste, before swallowing it with a very pleased expression on her face.
“Delicious, right?” Obsidia said, sounding happy that Louise trusted her enough to try it.
Louise just nodded with a pleased hum before she got some more and held it out of her, a shy blush (though fainter than it was yesterday) on her cheeks.
The elf took the invitation for what it was; sensually taking it off the fork with her tongue before, with a sexual moan, swallowing it.
“Gods above and below, why was that so damn hot!?” Louise wasn’t entirely sure who said it, but she didn’t blame them.
She felt a bit hot under the collar as well.
“Never mind that! Look at her! That girl is insane! She obviously let that elf ‘improve’ her!” Another exclaimed, “That woman has to be daft to trust a dark elf! They’re all sadistic beasts!”
“She’s my sadistic beast, thank you very much!” She thought with a huff, wondering if the staff would be upset if she threw an explosion at the idiot.
“True!” Obsidia called out, “But she enjoys that, thank you very much. Besides… I don’t hurt people that don’t ask for it. Or deserve it. Either one.”
“Like anyone would trust your words!” Another student retorted.
Louise just fired back with a rude gesture she’d seen commoners use, a middle finger, before she hugged Obsidia with another huff.
Obsidia was just giggling, “Mm, that one almost landed. Come on, surely someone can say something that will actually hurt me, mm? No? No takers?” She giggled again at the silence. “Thought not.~”
“Well, I think they’re adorable, and if Louise is happy then it's not our place to judge them!” And just like that, her opinion of Yang skyrocketed, “I wish I had a dark elf like her…” She said with a pout.
“Well, if you ask Louise I’m sure we can work something out,~” Obsidia purred, “Of course, your endorsement doesn’t exactly calm the tension others have. You do have a habit of adoring over dangerous things… not that I disagree with your opinion. Speaking of, how were the razor hornets? Do you need me to look them over again?”
“Bah, they’re just feisty is all!” The woman said with a wave of her hand, “And that’d be lovely actually, I’ve been worried that they've gotten ill lately. They haven’t been eating and have been more hostile than normal.”
“Of course!” Obsidia replied, “The usual price will do, my family loved your apples last time.”
“Yes, I’m definitely coming back here.” And not only to master Fundamentalism and other magics either.
Though she absentmindedly wondered if she should learn something that would outrage her mother?
“We’re in the same year,” Obsidia explained, “If I don’t take another beginner level class, or start teaching here, this will also be my last year here. With you being so cute… I’m certainly tempted to take some more classes.”
“Huh, that’s unexpected,” Louise thought as she took another bit of the… what did Obsidia call it? Bah, whatever it was… she did wonder when the Synesthesia would start.
Honestly, more people should have their innards augmented, because this dark elf food was delicious! Side effects were possibly annoying, but the taste was well worth it in her opinion.
Still, her meal had to end at some point and, with a pep in her step, she started walking to her first class of the day.
She was halfway there when she started to taste sound.
It was certainly an odd experience… “Worth it, this is cool!”
Rei giggled but certainly didn’t disagree.
