What's Next

Hi all!

I've taken a couple weeks to recover from the video crunch, play the piano, see some friends, and generally spend as little time as possible thinking about what The Globalists are up to.

I'm ready to get back to work now—here's what you can expect from me in the near future:

1) I'd like to do an Patreon AMA stream this month to answer some questions about the CONSPIRACY video, or anything else.

2) I'd also like to do a Tangent this month. We went a few months without Tangents while I was finishing the video, so doing both a Tangent and an AMA will partly catch us up. In the future—we have discussed doing Tangents every other month as a more realistic schedule, but I think it makes more sense to simply leave it at "Tangents sometimes." Some months there won't be a Tangent because I'm in a video crunch. Some months will have both a Tangent and an AMA because I'm between bigger projects. That's fine, I think. Is it fine?

3) I have a backlog of behind-the-scenes/retrospective Patreon exclusive content that I'd like to catch up on over the next couple months. (I want to get the most out of that conspiracy wall before I have to take it down to avoid traumatizing the HVAC guy.)

4) I know I've been saying for years that I'm going to do shorter but more frequent main channel videos, but I really mean it this time!

5) I'll be posting some music content and chill gaming streams on my second channel soon (https://www.youtube.com/@ContraPointsLive for those unaware).

I think that's it for now! You can expect the AMA date announcement in the next week or two, and 15+ patrons can expect the Tangent topic poll.

P.S. I've heard from a few of you that your names were not in the credits despite your being in the credits tiers. I'm trying to figure out how this happened. My guess is that it has to do with a change to the way Patreon organizes patrons on the creator end—in the past I've simply added everyone paying $10–$19.99 to the regular video credits. But this time Patreon gave me the (simpler) option to automatically create a list of patrons who qualify for the "credits" reward. I'm wondering if that list includes only people who selected a specific tier when they joined, excluding for example someone who joined for $10/month without selecting the tier. Let me know if that's you, so I can make sure this doesn't happen again. Really sorry about that! I would still like to acknowledge those patrons who deserve to be in the CONSPIRACY credits, and the best way I can think to do that is to add a credits list to the video description. Let me know in the comments on this post if you were left out of the credits and would like to be included in that list!
