Progress of the new update

Here's the monthly post about the progress of the new update.

Let's go through all the options that won in the last poll. In the very top there are.

• Sleeping/cuddling - Have the option to cuddle with jun in bed and even sleep with her in a non sexual way (could boost sanity)

We did some work towards this. You can see the concept art in the previous post and that's how we plan on making it look. It's still pretty early in the works.

• Jun's Initiating Sex - Make Jun rape mc after not being used for a while.

This is a pretty simple one. Was actually planned for previous update, but didn't have enough time. It will only require a bit of code and writing.

• More emotions - Have Jun react in more ways then just smiling and talking (tilting head and using her arms)

Both of the animations mentioned are actually included in the live2d model, but they just weren't used. Making the game use them when fitting won't be too hard.

• Cum inflation and cum play - Make her expand when fully filled with cum. Add more interactions related to cum such as it pouring out of her or spilling out of her mouth.

You can see some of the work towards that in the first two images. We went for a somewhat realistic small bulge. If it comes to cumplay we plan to include some animations of cum leaking etc.

Now the options lower in the votes. Those will be worked on once the top ones are nearing completion, but let's describe them a bit.

• Handholding - Option to handhold during sex scenes and interaction scene. It also encompases other things like pinching the cheeks or holding our hands against her cheek, or a hug her.

Adding more interactions like that is something we wanted to do for a while. We will see what we can do once we finish all the animations in the top options of the poll.

• Personality Modules - Special modules that make Jun behave differently during sex. For example: Yandere module, Maid module, Just straight up hates yo ass module etc. If I went out of the way to make those I'd also make them moddable, so that people can write custom ones.
• Jun's status app - Have an app on pc that allows you to see more information/statistics etc. about Jun and perhaps change some parameters about her. This would work quite well with the "Personality Modules" option as that'd be put there.

I joined these two because they would probably get included together. They are something that we planned from pretty much the beginning of the game's development. 

If it comes to personality modules I want to make them quite complex, so that for example during sex bot can do/say completely different things depending on the personality. Combined with the fact that I want to allow modders to create custom ones this requires a loooot of work. 

The status app would work together with the personality modules. You could maybe modify bots current personality and such there. Without them the status app would be pretty barren.

• More Robot items/accessories - Jun could get more items for cosmetic purposes such as: hands, feet, breast plates.

Pretty straight forward. We might make a poll to decide what exactly to add once we get to this part.

If it comes to the rest of the options. The small ones might be included as I already planned some of them, but only if time permits.

Things outside of the poll

Something that we haven't announced yet is that in the next update it might be possible to use a real onahole to control the movement. We are currently working with a company that sells toys like that, but because it's not fully official yet I blurred the name on the screenshots that show it. I made the code quite generic, so it's possible to include support for different frameworks or toys. If you know any you'd like me to include please leave a comment or send a message. It's quite hard to find what ones are actually used by people.

As always, the update will include more story. Here's a description on what to expect from our writer: 

New info about secret organizations will be revealed! What dangerous truths will be uncovered about these shadowy groups? One thing for sure. Trying to learn more will be dangerous... More events with bot and friends! Hanging out with everyone together should be fun! New date spots will be added! This means more cute scenes with bot for you to enjoy!

Now for a bit of boring programming info. I am working on something that might make it possible for modders to add new events. I'm in the middle of changing the way events are handled to a different, significantly easier to debug and expand on system. If I also include an easy way to display character portraits and change backgrounds from lua, modders will be able to add events with only few lines of code. This part will only be included in this update if time permits though.

Now for the last, probably the most important part. When will this update be released? 

So far it's still hard to estimate. We definitely plan on making it faster compared to previous updates. Considering how many different things we plan on including my best bet is October for the full release. Although, because we are working on the top poll options first maybe we will divide it into two smaller updates. That way you could expect the update within two months. We will keep you updated if that's what we will go for.
