mixing the gym bod with the warm comfy blanket is a wild combo (that heats up my body too π₯΅) got a massive pump in not only just my back & biceps what I hit today but also alllll my muscles since the progress rlly showing off (more shown off in higher tiers ;)) tho the couch was big enough for two so def need some company iykyk π₯
