Yeah I don't tend to re trace my own line art because I find it kinda kills the life out of the drawing. Most of the life and energy comes from the sketch, and then doing multiple passes of line art trying to refine over and over tends to turn more into making a copy of a copy and I get further from the ideal rather than closer haha. But yeah I know I'll still have SOME undo and redrawing, but I think I rely too heavily on it RN lol

2025-11-30 22:27:25 +0000 UTCWait, isn't the Mona Lisa painted over a bunch of times. Like they went over it with tech to see it had different backgrounds. I wouldn't worry about redoing lines, even the best don't have their best result the first time.
