The vast majority of Maeve's country's workforce, researches, CEOs and government officials were all males. But it was nice. The idea was that with women's orgasms tightly restricted and constantly exposed, they would become progressively more horny and eager to please men, allowing their government and workforce to remain sexually satisfied, and focused more on the development of the nation.

In the 6 months since the order was signed, Maeve could already see the effects on the women on the street.

The first week was full of righteous indignation, and women who adamantly refused men's touch and scorned at their gazes. Many opted to lock up, using the small bits of metal as the only "clothing" they were allowed. It also helped them with self control, keeping them from touching themselves in an attempt to stave off their arousal.

In the second week, some began to cave. Embarrassingly asking men for release, but often receiving permission for as little as a hand-job. With how easily men were giving out orgasms, many started falling to the temptation as the weeks progressed. But with the increased supply of women willing to service them, the men began giving out permission less... and less...
