What is Project: NPC?
Project: NPC started with the idea of having different type/purpose characters in your save files along with your main household. You CAN play with these sims, obviously. But if one wants to have a character with a lore to make their gameplay experience richer, you can find them within this project. Cops, teachers, docs, shady people, adult workers and much more will be added slowly into this themetic.
