V0.1.48 is now LIVE for Avatar Tier!

We're happy to announce that Avatar tier patrons will now have access to v0.1.48 (Content Update 2), bringing new genital options, a new quest and a new scene to the game. Unfortunately you will need to start a new game in order to access the new content and start a 'new game' to progress in the new quest.
We're also well underway with our next Ascended update which is due at the end of the week. New voice-acting, cosmetics, NPCs, and multiple sex scenes are all included.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent poll - due to the 64% of you that chose the TOP SECRET option, soon something ancient will be descend on Sabu. Because of you the antediluvian enchantments that kept The Vault of Writhing Lust sealed, have faded. Its slithering denizens are creeping forth from the shadows to be unleashed upon Sabu; if you are of a prudish disposition and spot movement in the corner of a forgotten ruin, you would be well advised to turn tail. This Patron-voted content will form part of the second Ascended update later this month.

Hey Both, We found a bug with the spirit sand when we were gameplay testing 0.1.48 after release. If you do a save/load, it disappears forever. I'm working on a fix that reworks how we handle quest pickups like this to make it more reliable, for this now but it won't be in until the next update and will require a new save game. Unfortunately I think the only way to complete that quest right now is to make a new game and do that quest without loading, that quest is from the Christmas Content update and includes the Wild Draconid head and a 69 scene. 0.1.49 has addressed this issue and is currently in unit testing and review.

(Patreon and SubscribeStar are not interchangeable logins and use different launchers) b) When you say the support link didn't work, what doesn't work specifically? I've done a few quick tests and the support channel on Discord is working and https://www.carnal-instinct.com/support.html is accessible from the three devices I have tested. c) Did you use the launcher link in a welcome message or in a post? So this isn't something we've had someone mention before, is there a chance you've got some kind of overlay running that's preventing the game engine from stealing your mouse capture? There's also a few little windows utilities you can use to ensure that the mouse is captures by applications. So we can try and help you better, can you join our discord? Can you send us a screenshot? Alternatively, by email at support@carnal-instinct.com or Patreon message? As soon as you get ingame your camera should be locked to the mouse for looking around, something you might want to try is pressing Alt+Enter. Please let us know how you get on. Team Carnal Instinct

This is a fantastic game so far, and one of a very few which has actually managed to incorporate eroticism into the world and story and not just have sex as some superfluous addon, and for that alone I'll continue to support it... but unless I'm missing something pretty serious, the combat is almost unplayable as is. No matter what display setting I use, my mouse won't stay confined to the game window, and so I inevitably, every single combat, end up clicking out of the game window onto my second monitor on most of my attempted attacks. Please, let us rebind the attack/block keys, or make sure that the mouse is locked to the game window when set to fullscreen.

2021-01-06 00:36:05 +0000 UTC1.42 was 'Footsteps of the Dragon' and the tail scenes. 1.46 shouldn't have included any of this content however due to a versioning error on our end the exclusive Ascended content was released early to Avatar tier. I mean, the statues and paintings in the ruins and around remind me too much about the history channels and don't animate the people of Sabu to be sexual active. You are teasing with the sexy nagas in your logo yet i don't see any Statues of them. I'm not sure, how historical this game should be, but the great temple planned for orgies should have atleast some porn on the walls.
