Character - Tamsworth

The bigger your boss is, the better the job naturally! His days are mostly filled with your typical executive duties like important meetings, luncheons, outreach, more luncheons, managing synergy, and one last snack to round out the day!
His favorite employees to "promote" are the high value ones that work really hard, to him they are the tastiest. He always makes a little speech like they'll be gone for good, even though they come back like always. At the end of a quarter, if they performed well, he will "reward" his employees by having them all for dinner; if the quarter was below expectations... well it's basically the same thing but he's a lot meaner about it!
Being in such an important position, Tamsworth can't afford to be seen on the gut of some ruffian! His employees know better for the most part than to try and eat him, but every now and then he will run into someone who doesn't care for things like status, and just see him as a big fat ham in a suit!
