A Small Scheduling Change (and some announcements)
Added 2024-02-03 17:39:11 +0000 UTCFirstly, thanks to those who showed an interest in Mrs. Owl's D&D campaign. Unfortunately we didn't have enough people so we'll postpone it to summer, which is when she'll have free time next.
I will hopefully do mine in either late March or early April, depending of course on Baby Owl and IRL.
As for the upcoming videos: theory video next week. Then, as the next Made in Abyss deep dive video will take a little longer than expected (animations add another layer of editing complexity) we'll be doing the dark dark manga requested via yesterday's poll.
It's one of the most disturbing things I've ever read without being super gory or gross. I also doubt any of you have encountered it!

2024-02-05 16:40:57 +0000 UTCMr. Owl, having to pass on your good wife's game is one of the tiny handful of things that make me regret my beloved night shift schedule. That said, I will be eagerly watching for the next slots and hoping I can be available. The last time I've actually sat down and played was back when 3.5 was still hot stuff. Is there a page somewhere with your setup? I'm guessing she uses DnD Beyond and I want to take care of whatever service accounts are needed in the case I am able to join. Can't wait to see what kind of manga that has given you such a strong reaction, though I have to admit I was one of the 'pretty dark but not ultradark' voters so I might have to read it with only one eye open (lol). Health, prosperity, and good fortune to you and the entire Owl Family.
