I've been wanting to do this character for some time now and I finally made it, clothes all done in 2D as usual. hair and demonic arm are mods. I recommend using Joan6694DynamicBoneCollider mods if you want to adjust your hair.
the arm is a cloth/accessory the fingers are static unfortunately but the hand normally articulates with the character's hand.
