I remember less than a year ago I’d talk about how hard it was to get around the grocery store without running out of breath. Since then, I’ve given up completely on burning those calories by walking around, and now I have bulk orders of treats delivered to me a couple times a week. Fresh food, produce, meat, dairy, all curbside pickup.
I hope these sedentary habits push me well into the 500’s this winter. Time to start snacking 🥰
