Missy version 0.2 Patron release

The moment you've been waiting for is here.  Today, I bring you Missy 0.2 four days ahead of schedule.

I know you want to play the game rather than read a load of waffle from me, so I'll be brief: Download it, move your save file across and enjoy!  Please report any bugs to me and please use the private discord channel to discuss anything related to it until at least after the public release.

And it goes without saying, but please do not share this link with anyone.  Early access is one of the privileges you pay for as patrons.

Major Changes:

- New girl Poppy is introduced with two new mutually exclusive questlines: "The Bad Girl's Bitch" and "Down with the Bad Girls!" allow the player to choose between passivity and assertiveness.  Middle-ground players can navigate one of these questlines more strategically, but must ultimately come down on one side of the line or the other.  A "dream sequence" event allows players to experience the alternative.
- A second, more difficult Jess fight in the orchard intended for level 3 characters, with accompanying victory, defeat and surrender illustrations.
- A new repeatable event to find at home.  Talk to Stacey when you see her in the garden.
- A new history lesson to find in fourth period, in which the girls learn more about the horrors of the old world.
- A new walking to school event allows you to have sex with a girl in the stocks.
- New events for first, third and fourth periods.
- All schoolday events now have a cooldown of at least 1.  This means that you should never get the same event two days in a row.  Some events will have longer cooldowns.

Minor Changes

- You can now save in every part of the school except the classrooms.
- Several events reworked for the benefit of submissive RP'ers.  
--- Missy can now surrender to Jess in the fight without having to try and reason with her first.
--- Missy can now plead with the lunchtime bullies, sacrificing some of her own dignity to save Mary.
--- Missy can choose not to fight Chantelle.
- Missy now has a Submissiveness score that works similarly to sluttiness and affects dialogue.
- Auto-dash has been implemented.  Pressing the dash button now turns it on and off.
- Text skip has been added.  Pressing X will skip past the current line.  Holding X will continue skipping until you hit a choice or the end of the text.
- You can now choose any underwear colour when getting up.
- Added a volume control to the menu screen.
- Malia now has proper dialogue faces and a 3D model, due to her involvement in Poppy's story.
- The "Girly pink dress" has been improved and all renders re-done.
- "Hero" has been renamed "Badass."

Bugfixes:

- Giving a hair clip to Becky now actually removes one from inventory.
- Fixed a bug allowing the player to go to the hedge in the yard after school.
- Fixed pathfinding bugs before school and in second period where girls could get stuck on each other and delay/prevent events from completing.  Prevented the player from getting stuck in Malia's bedroom.
- Made the girls standing in line before first period passable to prevent the player potentially getting trapped between them.
- Made late-to-school event remove red underwear from inventory instead of just unequip it.
- Fixed a number of switches that were not resetting each day as they should be.
- Closed an exploit allowing the player to equip the red panties after school then return to school for a point of reputation.
- Fixed loop on Farji's waitress.
