Thats right, face Lora doesn't look the same face as it is in video. The stable method, using Face ID, or just faceswap. And Motion lora is embedding moving lora you mentioned.

2024-06-01 00:24:53 +0000 UTCFace Loras doesn't work good in Video Workflows, the better way are embeddings. Then you have the same in ervery frame. But how to in Comfyui? Test Embeddings. An Embedding is the same as an Lora, just with Prompts. Maybe whe could have an Embedding for the Background or an moving Lora Embedding for animatted Diff? ;-)
