2023-04-15 15:50:25 +0000 UTCMy stance has always been if the main series doesn't actively reference the events of the movies in a meaningful way, then I just ignore it. Thats not to say the movies are bad, or I won't watch them, they just aren't important. It's like filler, technically they are cannon, as they are part of the main series, but if they don't actively contribute to the story, I'll just ignore them, continuity wise, even if I had fun watching them.

One of the quirks Shiggy repeatedly uses throughout the fight is the main ability of the baddie of the 2nd one and then at some point the kids are shown reacting to something on tv. Youll just never get the moment of them being like "Remember when we hung out on that island and Bakugo became the 10th user for 5 minutes?"
