I think the reason it's 200 years is so you can't have more than one player being alive at once in this world because they are seen as godly beings (this is my theory). Someone threw a tantrum last time I tried to give context so I won't elaborate past that.

Summoned by 4th tier magic caster users or above. (In Christian scripture, Principalities refers to angels that assist in divine ministry with earthly rulers.) Dominion Authority - Mid-level angels that In the New World is considered to be the highest ranked angel under possession of the Sunlight Scripture. It has a special ability to increase the strength of a spell every time it is summoned. In other words, this is a once-per-summoning special skill that it uses to augment its spell power. The power of this angel's spell carries an extra effect only on those with evil alignment. You are off by one episode ever since you watched The Serpents Pass and The Drill as a double feature. Some of us pointed that out with EVERY video since then.

The voice actor is Takehito Koyasu, Dio from Jojo, Calyman from Tensura, Toji Fushiguro from JJK, Kraft from Frieren. Also just for context, he did keep his word and had them suffer for their resistance, as he said last episode he should have taken some prisoners to get information out of them so he took them back to Nazarick to have them tortured for information.
