I assume this is still older videos (recorded before you got ill). Do you know when you will be feeling better and could record again?

Ok, now I'm pretty sure anime will not dive into the details, so gonna give a bit of info for you to understand certain things, if you want: RC factor mentioned by Mado in ths episode - RC Cells are made-up blood cells in TG universe, which exists in blood. Humans RC level is around 200 to 500, while for ghouls it's 1000 to 8000. As for Kagune they are basically liquid muscles made from RC cells and there are four types: Ukaku, literally meaning "feather-red" - like Touka - forms on the shoudler, usually ranged kagune, relying mostly on speed and firepower, has high stamina usage and wears user quickly. Koukaku, "shell-red" - like Tsukiyama - forms under the shoulder and is the heaviest and hardest kagune, usually creating swords or shields, are durable but heaby and mostly slow. Rinkaku, "scale-red" - like Kaneki - forms around the waist level, have quite high attack power and high regeneration level, but are brittle and easily destroyed. Bikaku, "tail-red" - like Nishiki - froms from tail-bone and are basically a jack-of-all-trade, good at everything and balanced, but they don't excell in any area, excep maybe stamina managment. Overall, they roughly work in a 'rock-paper-scisor' situation - where lower placed Kagune on the body defeats the higher one - Ukaku>Koukaku>Rinkaku>Bikaku>Ukaku...
