2023-11-06 11:40:13 +0000 UTCSo about the whole Alicia thing, Gabriel is mentally insane to the point that he’s imagining he absorbed her soul in the real world, hence why he couldn’t replicate that phenomenon afterwards. With Underworld and the STL though, because of Incarnation, since Gabriel truly believes he can eat other’s souls, it will actually manifest for real. Remember that Incarnation is a two way street, the subconscious has to match with the mental will. Imagine getting slashed by a sword in Underworld, subconsciously, you know it’ll hurt, hence the pain will be just as strong. But if you truly believe that a sword can’t hurt you, then it won’t. Something to keep in mind as you go further into the season.
