Until the Quincy invasion in the fight against Bazz before getting his full power back. Which he then immediately wins his fight against The Iron before collapsing of his injuries unable to move. Neel's constant frame of reference is his fights against Azien. As if Azien didn't absolutely destroy everyone until the final Ichigo fight.
