2025-02-26 18:20:20 +0000 UTCI'm really hoping you go through the entire saga (season 2, the prequel film and season 3, aka The Return). I did a complete re-watch of all of TWIN PEAKS after David Lynch died. It was my fifth time for seasons 1 & 2 [first time was the original run in 1990-91], fourth time for Fire Walk with Me and third time for The Return. Despite the arc of the story going off in directions I could never have anticipated, it's never less than rewarding. And the metaphysical nature of The Return somehow makes me appreciate season 1 and its relatively straightforward progress even more. One trivia note (and a big part of why I initially tuned in to the series originally) is it reunites Richard Beymer (Ben Horne) and Russ Tamblyn (Dr. Jacoby) who were leads in the 1961 version of the musical WEST SIDE STORY. If two projects could be more different I can't think of what they could be.
