Happy New Year! (looking back, and forward)
Added 2026-01-01 19:40:35 +0000 UTCHappy New Year to everyone!
I think 2025 was actually a pretty good year for me personally. I got back into a solid work rhythm, and the concerts, movies, shows, and games were fantastic. Sure, there are things that worry me—and some aspects look pretty daunting ahead as an artist—but I want to keep this post positive. For 2026, I want to build on what I've already got going:
At least 2–3 bigger comics per year. To make that realistic, I'll keep them more compact and shorter, while making them even more interesting and faster paced.
For animations, my goal is to finish at least 2 major projects in 2026—ideally the Magic Potion and Succubus ones. I might have to fully remake the Succubus project because I originally worked on it in a different program. But if that ends up being the case, I'll figure out a way to sprinkle in transformations and more interesting bits throughout so you don't have to wait as long as with the original.
Both of my current ongoing projects should wrap up in January, and I'll use January and February to prep the next ones so I can work on them more efficiently.
There'll still be plenty of other content, including commissions and smaller projects during that time.
Is there anything you'd like to see from me in the future? Just let me know! :)
Wishing you a year filled with health and happiness in 2026!

I have no plans, and I haven't really thought about it yet. I'm not a huge fan of remakes when, at their core, they're essentially the same—just with better graphics. I only consider remaking a project if I feel I can technically create something new and fresh. That been said, there probably will be projects going in a similar direction when it comes to how the transformation is done.

2026-01-02 14:45:48 +0000 UTCHappy new year. Always love your work! Quick question: Are you planning to remake your old animation called "a new skin" with modern tools in the future? It is probably my number 1 favourite animation from you and I would love to see it shine in a new light.
