As such, Kate is allowed certain freedoms like horseriding and chaperoning Edwina. If you were a lady of the Ton, would you try for an early marriage, or hold out for the limited freedoms granted a spinster? (Fun fact: When Anthony first meets Kate on horseback, he asks where her maid/chaperone is. When Kate says she doesn't have one, that's not her saying she is poor, that's her signalling she is a spinster and not eligible for marriage.)

2026-02-28 18:47:04 +0000 UTCWe now begin the journey of the Viscount who had sworn off love. Also, how about that initial Polin (Colin and Penelope) reunion look? A fun thing that the show does is that it uses the book title the season is based on as one of the episode titles. Often, because there is a core moment or theme that happens in the book. S1 it was episode 5 with "The Duke and I". S2's book is "The Viscount Who Loved Me.", would love to hear your prediction which episode might get this one? P.S. The show likes to sprinkle which Bridgerton sibling's story might be next, By the end, S1 made it clear it was Anthony. I'm looking forward to hearing your predictions as the season continues.
