I think the best thing is obviously to test the voices first to understand if and how they can adapt to your work. The best thing would be to have two or three voice actresses depending on the characters, for example, if she's a MILF or a young woman, or even if she has a personality like Komi and Uzaki, but I understand that it would be energy-consuming and costly to hire more voice actors.
