Added 2024-03-24 23:44:43 +0000 UTCI just realized that, the highest tier patron cannot download lower tier cards for some post.
The highest tier is the new one, so I forgot to change some of the previous post accessibility
but I have updated it, so the highest tier patron is now available to download every cards.
