This is a little strange as this is very much your standard shitty handheld but someone also put a few graphics over it and did a music video of highlights at the end. My guess is that Karl Von Steiger was the promoter considering he's in the main event and if he'd been wrestling from 87-91 it wasn't anywhere big enough to make Cagematch. I also uploaded 2001.05.20 NJPW Super Juniors Night 3 yesterday but don't want to make anymore new posts about the promotion just in case.

The Karl Von Steiger here is actually veteran Montreal wrestler Bob Della Serra. It was an evil German gimmick that he'd used in Portland in 1985+86, but Karl Steiner was the first name.
