Just as a warning for all of my patrons reading this: I will be switching to the subscription model at the start of next month, due to patreon's changes in terms of service. I've talked about it in a past post - it should be in my timeline if you scroll down - but basically I don't have much of a choice and have until the end of this year to switch.
I'm doing something for MoL that will remain secret for now. It's just a silly thing, made purely for fun, but I may post it here and see what you all think about it.

Also, I'm fine with a subscription model. I have spare money now! I can just spend it on things I want to see more of! It's nice. You working on another AU chapter? That'd be fun. BTW, have you read "A Call to The Dark City"? It's an MoL/Delve/HPMOR/Mage Errant cross-over. Probably the best MoL fanfic, with an interesting take on how their magic systems can be consistent, and how their worlds can connect.

2025-03-17 11:04:50 +0000 UTCAnything MoL is nice, so I'll look forward to that. And good chapter. Most action we've seen so far I think, which was fun. Looks like they're in even more of a pickle than I thought though. Interesting reveal about teleportation. I assumed this was like xianxia with teleportation being a super high level effect, so everyone has to walk or fly everywhere. Knowing it's caused by their particular planet is interesting, and of course Marcus found a way to study the magic regardless. No doubt trying to find a way around it. I betting it's a divination thing, since like with MoL, teleporting to a distant location requires very exact coordinates of where you are and where you want to be. Chaos power effecting the world is probably throwing it off. Might also be effecting divinations to locate things too. Might be why that guy wanted to leave Iris there, if just being on the planet makes divining her location impossible for their enemies. In any case, getting out of the current mess alive is first priority. Would love to know what that petrified titan is, but then so would Marcus. At least he got something shiny to show for this mess, even if he's going to have pull something drastic to get out. Here's hoping he can control where the rift ends up. Especially the one he uses to get back so they don't end up on the far side of the planet. Thanks for the chapter!
