A serious topic to talk about

after a long time, another post on my own behalf.
I decided 8 months ago to pursue my work full-time. At first it went quite well, the response was very positive. Thank you again for that.
Unfortunately, some time ago I was sick for almost 2 months and was only able to work on my projects a little. I've been feeling better for some time now and have been able to publish content again. I will also be able to release my Tifa special very soon.
I published a teaser here on x a few days ago. There are also plans to post new "Tales of Rey" (Rey short movie) updates as soon as the Tifa special is released.
But, to get to the point. Unfortunately, my financial situation has changed dramatically in the last 3-4 months. And if things continue to deteriorate at this rate, it will soon be almost
iMpossible for me to continue to live from this work and do it full time.
I understand that the economic situation is not easy for
everyone at the moment. That was often the feedback I received. Therefore I will try to find addiotionall options to finance my projects. I just want to let you know that the situation is
getting serious and I need to think about how I can continue my work.
Also: I will soon start a poll on X and patreon, and ask you what content you want. Why you are here, what would motivate you to support me on patreon. Please share your feedback with me so I can improve my work. Otherwise I work in the blue. Criticize me if you don't like something. No matter whether it's my content or the way I work. It doestn matter. Be harsh on me if needed. The feedback of it is what counts to me.

Thank you. I guess the best way would be to do some monthly polls and let you guys decide for a short looped animation, till my rey project is completed. I lost myself to much in side projects. And those turned out way to big. But 4-5 seconds long loops for example would fit.

There are some characters that I would like to see like Ada, Jill, Chloe Frazer from uncharted and Lara Croft but the main reason I´m here is that you did such an amazing job on the Ellie BJ short (probably the best Ellie related video i´ve seen) and I was hoping that you would do something more with her

2024-06-18 23:05:35 +0000 UTCI’m in the same boat as Drewbert. I’m sorry to admit this, but I stopped my subscription when you started the side projects and left Rey alone for quite a while. I’ll happily support you again if Rey content is being produced.

Im going to finish the Tifa special, and then complete Tales of rey. I will stick to that, otherwise other projects will mess everything up.

Your side projects are nice but sometimes I feel they’re taking too much time away from the project I started supporting you for in the first place. If it’s possible to mainly focus your work on Tales of Rey instead, I’d be much more inclined to keep my support every month.
