Added 2024-12-11 18:28:47 +0000 UTCA bugfix update with some stuff you sent in. Please note that the versoin number is faulty in the downloadable version and it will say 8.61, but worry not, it's the up to date version :)

Changes:
- Fixed visual problems with the rope harness outfit
- Added missing illustrations to the 'cruel and unusual' jail content
- Added missing illustrations to certain criminal actions
- Added a backend update to downloadable versions, which should stop a bunch of uncommon bugs from occuring
- Updated a handful of location images
