3.1 has launched with the new content. Trisha's storyline got expanded with more intense sissification stuff and several things at the clinic has been reworked to provide some new weird and wonderful scenes for daring players and their characters.

New content should be fairly easy to reach, with Trisha just continue to play her storyline and at the clinic doing any standard procedure should bring you into contact with the new scenes. Not paying for said procedures will lead you to the more extreme 'Experilab jail' content where you can delight in all the straitjackets, padded cells, forced transformations and weird sexperimentation your heart desires.
