Added 2018-06-25 17:53:14 +0000 UTC1.34/1.44 is online. There were a lot of fixes and also some new alpha access content.
I will continue fixing bugs as they come up while working on the new content.
Content voting is finished, Hornstown's new beach won by a small margin. Stay tuned for sexy swimwear and fun seaside activities.
The amount of work the PHP required will sadly force me to postpone the update a little again, the next big content update is pushed back to the 2nd of July (next Monday) which will allow me to work through the weekend.
Bugfixes
- Load from file should work normally now
- Detailed character generation is back in service
- Red debug texts have been removed from the game texts
- Several dead-ends have been fixed
Changes
- New NPCs Laura and Rene have been added to the game
- You can now start the game with a randomized character
New in alpha access
- Encounters with known NPCs (Vladimir, Emma, Theo and Ivette) have been added to the security guard job

Also, the very first action you get with Mrs. Spencer, even on a new game, seems to be to "report to her" as if you'd already become a maid. Sleeping seems to outright crash the game, giving me a message " Warning: openssl_decrypt(): Failed to base64 decode the input in /home2/ekhnaton/hornstown.com/php/gamelink.php on line 7 "
