Hey listen, I’ll stand by Michael’s story being good for the rest of my days BAHAH call me corny or simple minded but I genuinely think his whole arc/story is so good.

I know people can kinda view his story as only tragic, seeing all the things that does happen to him, from losing both his siblings, one being his own fault, stuck living with his father till he sends him off to go die in the sister location. Then spends the rest of his days trying to get rid of his father etc his story is sad, but there’s something inherently hopeful about it to me.

Michael is born into a hard life, no matter what he was gonna have it rough cause his father was William Afton. No matter what he was gonna get tormented. But when he gets scooped, he literally gets rid of the poison within him, finally coming to terms with his father is a horrible person, and is able to regrow, to keep going and become a new.

Michael dies, but he keeps going. He could have easily accepted his fate, he was a talking dead man, but he didn’t. That fact is so admirable to me, he gets a new name, a new face, new skin and bones, I see his scooped form as almost beautiful in that regard. The worst thing imaginable can happen to you, but you should keep going.

Can see why I related Michael’s journey to that funny line in undertale, cause I think it really fits Michael. Michael wasn’t born evil, and despite everything, it’s still just him. I HAD FUN drawing this out SORRY for being so sappy about Michael Afton, I just really like his whole deal, anyway I hope you enjoy this comic!! 🩵💜
